   Pre pickup message was very attentive.

   It was a best choice to go with Northern Elite Van Lines. I believe it took a lot of stress out of the our move around the country, the pre pickup message was very attentive, and team was very responsive and careful. During the waiting period I called for updates and the communication was very nice. Our quote was reasonable in price too giving they give us full service, compare with some other companies in town, who might require self loading, etc.

   Very easy to communicate.

   This team was great. They showed on time. Very easy to communicate. They were very careful when handling all our furnishings. We are moving from one apartment to a 3 levels house and they managed everything with care and had zero node on the wall or scratch on the floor. We finished 1 hour before than the given finished time. They were reliable mover. We would highly recommend them.

   The team reached on time.

   The team reached on time and carried it getting everything arranged. They wrapped objects, took extra care with delicate pieces, and made sure to ask us query as they loaded whenever they needed to. They were crucial, forward-thinking, and expert in their planning of space. The team was prompt, never stopped, and lifted furniture that would have taken a small uplift. They were careful coming in and out of rooms and I didn't see any scrapes when we did a walk through. Very professional team.

   Careful with our possession

   We had a great experience with Northern Elite Van Lines. They relocated us last week! The team were prompt, efficient and most significantly careful with our possession- awesome team. Would recommend them for anyone looking to move the longer distance.

   Great value for my money.

   I have relocated a lot over the last three years! They arrived on time, professional, and got the job completed quickly. From setting up my move to the unboxing of my goods everything went enormously smoothly! I would recommend this company! They were so uncomplicated to work with and a great value for my money!

   Estimating was easy and fast.

   Original message and estimating was easy and fast. When a week before our move we required to change a date by two weeks because of construction postponement, that was not a problem. When at the last minute we asked if we can add a piano to the list of moved items, that was fine as well.

   Everything went effortlessly.

   I moved out of an apartment and Northern Elite Van Lines stored my goods for a few months until my new house is ready. Everything went effortlessly. We definitely suggest them and use them again in the future.

   DO NOT USE - They lie from the start

   They lied about everything related to our move, from when they would arrive for pickup to when they would drop everything off. Yes, they legally met their obligations, but the lies weren't necessary. For example, I was told on Wednesday that our stuff wasn't even on the truck and wouldn't leave until the upcoming Sunday. Then they showed up on Saturday without warning and were pissed no one was there. And it took me 3 days to get them to 'confirm' that our stuff would be coming down starting on Sunday and that they would tell me on Monday when to expect shipment. They obviously knew our stuff was already in transit, so why lie? Per federal law, when they couldn't get their truck into the apartment complex, we should have only had to pay 15% of their $515 charge, but they said absolutely not and said they would simply drive away or, worse, dump our stuff and leave. Customer service??? I think not. Everything showed up damaged. Do Not USE this company.

    Absolutely terrible - DO NOT TRUST

    I was told multiple times, verbally and in writing, that my items would be delivered within 5-6 days from pickup. They were nearly 4 weeks late, multiple delivery dates passed, many items arrived damaged, boxes crushed, and missing furniture. Jennifer, the logistics person, would ignore my calls, tell me delivery dates that had already passed, change delivery dates, and refused to tell me whether my items were in storage or in transit. The mover (one guy) they hired locally was the slowest person ever. My boxes arrived crushed, re-wrapped, covered in boot prints, and a bookshelf is missing. They disassembled the beds and put all the screws into a general holder, and then did NOT reassemble the beds per contract. They increased the price at pickup AFTER they loaded the truck, asked me to sign AFTER loading the truck (both violations), and only then said they weren't going directly to my new state but to a hub - and still insisted it would arrive in 6 days (it did not). The owners and managers refused to call me, refused to address the situation, and then argued against giving a discount EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE LATE, and this was all before I found many items broken and crushed. I now have to file multiple claims with their insurance, multiple violations with State and Fed transportation boards. Entirely unprofessional, misrepresented multiple things, and damaged my items. Do not use them.
