   Packed our stuff and migrated us from Minnesota to Washington DC on 4/12/2019. The office staff and out-workers of ONE WAY VAN LINES were well-performing. They maintained their promises and delivered quality service. We got our stuff in good condition and we appreciate all their good work!

   Amazing moving company.

   What an amazing experience? They packed and moved my 3 BEDROOM belongings quickly. I didn't know how these guys did it but I can testify that everything was in order..No damage whatsoever. The movers were so fast and professional! Will definitely recommend them!

   I really got a super-service, as this was the first time using movers and I couldn't be satisfied. They landed on time and worked fast and accurately. Everything worked smoothly and before I grasped what was going on, they sent everything to my new house and even they helped me set up the furniture where they should be. The price was very pleasing and the guys were incredible. I definitely recommend!

   Good service and good price!

   I had an awesome experience with the OWVL. I booked them online and Graig was the sales person I talked to and he was very plain about the estimate he gave me. It was a 2 bedroom condo with just a few things I needed to pack to my new location. The 3 men were very apprehensive about handling my stuff and they didn't scratch or damage anything at the last minute delivery. Definitely, I'll work with them again if I would be moving anything in the future.

   I had wanted to do the move myself as was a minor packing of just a single bedroom with a few items. But because I have 2 large sofas and a big wardrobe, I made up my mind to hire a moving company. This was a local and a short-distance move..from San Francisco to Los Angeles. The items were packed and delivered the same day. I really liked the teamwork!

   Had an amazing experience with OWVL two weeks ago when they packed my 2BEDROOM items and moved me from Kansas City, KS to Lexington, KY. The team was very good to work with as they quietly did their job and moved me to my new house in just 3 days as they quoted. All-and-All, I'm satisfied with their services..Right from the Salesgirl and every other staff were amazing and helpful. Thank you for your wonderful support!!

   Good to work with.

   If not that they arrived late, they provided me with excellent service. They came with assorted shapes of boxes and sufficient tapes, thus, everything was wrapped flawlessly. The group really proved their professionalism and reliability. They were also quick and treated all my things carefully. If I need to move out again, I hope, I will call them.

   Worst company Ever avoid them

   Picked up my personal property on June 20, 2022 they didn't deliver until Aug. 1, 2022 after repeated calls and advising them that we were not in Florida the destination of our move. They don't listen and are a rip off charging a 7% credit charge. my cost increased over $1200.00 plus they use a 3rd party for the final drop off. There should be negative stars. THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND KEVIN WILSON IS HORRIBLE.

   Do not use this company

   WARNING!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They were good 2 years ago but now they are an incompetent company that deserves to go out of business. 2 years ago it was great 2 guys took 5 hours to load the truck drive 2.5 hours and unload into our place. YESTERDAY, 3 guys took 8 long hours to move us. We only had a few extra items. It took 5 long hours to load the truck. Only 1 of the 3 guys did any work. The other 2 had to be told what to do or they would stand around doing nothing. At 150 dollars an hour it felt like they were purposely moving slowly to get more money from us. They also unloading everything into the living room and didn't want to move anything into the designated rooms. A saw them eye-roll on multiple occasions and curse under their breath. Customer service was also dumb. They didn't give the movers and updated sheet or give us an accurate qoute. They were also supposed to call us the day before, they did not so called them and their first response was that we werent on the schedule. This was after we paid a deposit. We also had to pay DOUBLE what customer service told us. They wasted my day and my money they dont deserve even 1 star and saying they are incompetent is too nice. Side note they also broke my expensive TV which wasn't even properly wrapped to begin with.

    Absolute SCAM

    One Way is a SCAM with extremely poor customer service. They broke my TV, coffee table and every control panel for the exercise equipment I own (to name a few). They lost a 150 gallon aquarium and then found it MIRACULOUSLY on the day I submitted my claim. It is now over two weeks later and I still cannot get word about a refund for the shipping cost on the missing items and they are trying to execute this additional move under the same contract as the original move. They will give you a 21 business day guarantee and then when they fail to meet that timeline (like in my case) then pretend they never told you that. Everything has to go through the GM but they take over two weeks to 'have enough time' to review the request. Guess you guys have that many complaints huh? To say that this was the worst experience I have ever had would be an understatement and I have already filed a BBB complaint for their shady practices. Save your money and just throw your property away before using this company. They will either damage it or lose it anyways. My move cost me over 7K and the damages alone have cost me in excess of 10k. Pay for the extra insurance. They couldn't care less about your property or abiding by contractually requirements. Absolute trash company.
