   WORSE MOVERS EVER!!!!

   Don't use this company. They lost a large box om my belongings. They delivered a dead woman's things to me/ I have called several times with a call back promise. Never happened. I have been calling them this past week and how funny but when my number comes up, the are closed. I sat on hold for 1 hour 40 minutes and 24 seconds to hear another recording they are now closed. No call backs and no large box. This company is a company of jesters and clowns. I will be filing a law suit. DON"T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! JM Murry

   When I first talked to Andrew I believed him. He said all the right things, and kept referring to the company's 5 star rating. Little did I know they had just changed their name. They give you a quote and it will go up at least twice. Mine started at $4900 and I ended up paying over $7000. The last guys that ended up delivering my stuff tried to get me to pay more again, I had all my paperwork in order so they couldn't. A lot of my stuff was broken upon arrival and they didn't reassemble anything. They showed up at 9:30 pm and were jerks, cussing at my mother and throwing stuff all around. I know they give you a reasonable price so it's easy to get lured in because you need the mover but I am telling you, save yourself the hassle and find a reputable company. I am now seeking legal action to 1 get some of my money back and 2 shut these liars down.

   Stole my Money.

   I signed an agreement with Razor Van lines in June 2020 for moving service on Aug 1 2020. I gave them a $4000 deposit and a full list of what needed to be moved. They never showed up and have not refunded my money as of October 24th 2020. Do no use this company.. seriously. Just rent a uhaul or use u-pack. These guys are criminals.

   READ ALL REVIEWS on this company!! They are a complete scam and run a bait and switch. I contracted them and they never showed up to pick up my belongings and took my $1300 deposit and ran. Never received any communications from them after they wanted me to pay an additional $2000 after measuring my furniture to complete the move. Customer service is a joke! On the day movers were supposed to arrive I never got a call and I called them 3 times to find out what was happening to be told that the dispatch center was not answering and they would call me back. NOT ONCE did I get a call from them and had to go get a UHaul to complete my move! SAVE YOUR MONEY and get a reputable company or do it yourself. The funniest part is that they called me this morning to ask how my move went. They clearly have no idea what they are doing!

   Deposit Not Returned.

   DO NOT FALL FOR THE HIGH PRESSURE SALE ..it is to prevent you from checking reviews and learning how fraudulent this company is! I was offered and accepted a moving quote on 6/19/20 and paid the $588 deposit with the understanding that I would receive a refund if I cancelled within 72 hours. I did cancel the next day. The cancelation email outlined that it would take longer than normal to process the refund due to COVID so to wait between 4-6 weeks. It has now been 13 weeks with NO REFUND. I have called customer service numerous times and am often met with stonewalling and outright refusal to allow me to speak to a manager. I was told on one phone call that their bank accounts were frozen and under review due to embezzlement by one of their own employees and there was nothing that could be done but wait. The last phone call I was reassured that the representative would investigate and get back to me. Still nothing. I am reading here that many people are in the same boat.

   Avoid at all costs!

   Razor Vane Lines is a moving broker, which means if you use them, the mover you get will be whoever randomly picks up the job. That's why there are so many bad experiences. As for me, I booked a move and cancelled immediately (less than one hour after) and they would not refund my deposit even though the rep on the line Pete Burks, assured me that my deposit would be refunded in full if I were to change my mind. Razor Van Lines uses really high pressure sales tactics to make you pay the deposit, including straight up lying to the customer. Please, please avoid them.

   Fraudulent Liars.

   FRAUDULENT BUSINESS ALERT! Do not even think about using them. I paid a $600 deposit for moving in June 2020, which I cancelled within 24 hours and received a cancellation email for. A few weeks later my card was charged for the CANCELLED move. Since June 2020 I have spoken to their reps via phone and emails almost 10 times, each time with a different excuse as to why I have not received a refund. Today they had the audacity to lie to me saying that, I "refused to receive a refund" that I have been pursuing for THREE MONTHS.

   This company will promise you everything at the start and they will never show up on the time they have promised you. They will not return your deposit. They will misbehave with you and even hang up on you. They will make your move worse.

   Where to begin? This broker is either extremely unprofessional and/or corrupt. I am now up to wellover 50 phone calls (which quite often are 60 minute hold times (also 70/90 minutes at times). I have spoken with no less than 10 representatives, all who either mistakenly give me incorrect information and/or simply lie to me. To update my inventory, I had to call/email multiple times. I was then told an agent would call me at a specific time/day to review inventory - that call came over 40 minutes later and only AFTER I had called to see what the delay was. I provided a more precise inventory, which never was conveyed to the movers, so on pickup day I was charged on the spot because the truck "didn't have enough space." Basically it was a shakedown because we had to vacate the apartment that day. When I called to get an estimated delivery date (56 minutes on hold), I was told someone would call back - no one did. When I called again, I was told the delivery would be the upcoming weekend; I had planned on being away so I had to reschedule my trip, only to sit home all weekend for nothing. I called back Monday - oh, it's coming today. Nope. Then I called again. It's coming Thursday. Nope. Since it was past 21 business days, I was entitled to a discount, and supposedly would get a call from the supervisor. Nope. Numerous emails to Lloyd and Michele completely ignored and unanswered. Calls to supervisor Vanessa resulted in promises of reimbursement that never materialized. Representatives like Drew, Hope, Karen Maze, Tiffany with promises of payment within 24-48 hours, promise to copy me on email to supervisor Maya, promises to follow up to make sure I received repayment (that's you, Karen - you gave me your "direct line" and I have called over TEN times and you never answer). Dispatch Benjamin who said he would help me since, when my delivery came and I said I was entitled to a reduction due to the delay, said he would help me get my refund. This company has no business being permitted to conduct interstate commerce.

    Warning.

    Razor Van is not a moving company- Razor doesn’t have trucks, nor drivers or movers. It’s an operation that collects non-refundable deposits. They didn’t show up on the designated day and not on the next one. They didn’t bother responding to the Better Business Bureau’s inquiry. Our deposit was over $4K. The cost of scrambling to find an alternative mover to vacate the house per contract is immeasurable. Buyer beware.
