   Top Moving Solutions

   Top Moving Solutions quoted that they could preform the move that Allied Vans had inventoried and quoted for less and be at the new address in 3 days as quoted by the agent. Allied did a walk through and inventory and stated I would need a 26' moving truck. Top Moving Solutions stated after reviewing Allied's quote and inventory they could provide the same service for less. On the day of the move Top Moving Solutions arrived with a 26' that was partly filled. After a few hours the foreman said his truck was filled but he had a 16' truck with him that could take the rest for $5200 more. I declined as that was 2/3 of the price of the whole move I was quoted. Since I had to get down to the new address before them I had to leave the rest of the items on the inventory that they were to move. My landlord disposed.

   Crime Ring

   This is an honest assessment of this moving company. And the public deserves to know before they get stuck in the same situation. This is BID COMPANY LLC dba Real Movers, My Relocation Solutions, and various other names. They change names to duck and dodge liability. On December 27th, 2021 a U-haul truck with driver, Kamil, arrived on moving day. Loaded our things, locked the truck THEN said we owed $5,100 to complete the move. Then he also asked for a tip for loading the truck! We did not hear from them for over 4 months. MIKE is the owner. He would not tell us where our belongings were. They violate every moving regulation! We have complaints with FMCSA, DOT, FBI, BBB, yelp, google, facebook, news stations, etc. I will keep trying to educate the public. PLEASE BE AWARE!!!

   Moving scam

   We hired moving solutions who in turn hired bid company llc in december 17,2021. Bid company showed up to our home in Vancouver,Wa February 26th. In a uhaul truck. Would not give address where they were taking our belongings. I paid them 5110. and at two months have received nothing. At this time it is grand theft which is a serious felony. I call and sometimes they answer others not. Get no answers and just lied to again and again. These people need to be prosecuted. They have done this to many people. They work hand in hand with moving solutions. I was cursed out by moving solutions on April 7th and told I was insane. For asking where our belongings were. Customer service is non existant. The emotional turmoil were have been through has been awful. No belongings in our new home. They told us 0-24 days from March 4th and that was April 7th. Why these people are doing this to us is a mystery. I don't know them and just want our belongings. No trouble no problems just want our household belongings.

   Horrible Company

   This has been the worst experience with this company. They never answer the phone and never return voicemails. I moved 7/7 requested 8/2 delivery. The 2 times I did reach someone I we was told my stuff is on a truck which it was not, because it is now 9/28 and still have not received my stuff. It is very difficult to have a normal family live without our belongings.

   Complete Scam

   The entire experience was horrible and my stuff never showed up. I hired this company to move my stuff from Oregon to Virginia, the people showed up in a uhaul, demanded more money for walking distance to the truck ($1100), lied to my face about it taking up to 21 days when my contract started 24 business days, never returned my calls, stole everything I own, charged me $3200 to steal all of me and my 5 year olds stuff, are predatory and a complete scam. There phone number, address and website are all fake. I will be taking legal action.

   Are you the customer asking for free delivery because you don't have any money to pay us with? well, you need to know that we happily provide our moving services as a business. Please be kind to acknowledge that you are refusing to pay the final balance before slandering our company's reputation.

   Poor service, everything they say is a lie!

   The sales person did an amazing job because he sold me on this company but it is a total scam! Nearly everything I was told was a lie. First of all, after giving a complete account of every single item in our home, we were given a binding estimate and I was told they would bring a semi truck for our belongings but when the driver showed up, he was in a large Penski rental truck. Low and behold, our belongings did not fit inside the smaller truck! I had spent a lot of time during the estimate carefully listing all the items that would go on the moving truck and even sold several items ahead of time, and yet they claimed I had more items and up charged me! (When we were unloading we had at least 50 items double stickered!!) The inventory list included 2 large items, and yet the driver claimed we owed additional money for the large items. They claimed they'd deliver next day and in fact wrote it on the contract, and yet it took the a solid week to deliver our items! The worst part was that the only employee of the company was the driver, all the other people who showed up to help were responding to a Craigslist ad that had been placed that morning! They had zero experience in moving. When the sales person told me they were a legit company, license and bonded professionals, I believed him. But they were not! These people damaged my wall in my home, damaged my piano, my dresser and lost a critical piece of my kitchen table! And of course, their "claims" department goes nowhere and nobody answers the phones. It is a complete scam! Do NOT use this company!

   Almost 1 month my property is still in transport

   I am writing this review hopefully to save any one looking to move with this company. On Feb. 20th 2 men and a U-Haul came to pick up my property and my mothers property. This is 4-5 days different from when they were originally supposed to pick it up. The gentlemen were nice but the customer service and tracking of the property leaves a world to be desired. The agreed upon date for delievery to new address was Feb 19th 2021. I have called and spoke with the drivers the customer service and the original gentleman I spoke with all giving me excuses no straight answer on when to expect my property. In case you were wondering I choose to go with their multi trailer option I advise from doing that just go for the point A to point B personal truck option or better yet do not use the company because so far they are untrustworthy. I hope that this finds you in time and save you from the heartache this company has caused My family and Myself.
