   They Were Mind Blowing

   Let me share my remarkable experience with Royal Palm Executive Interstate Movers. I had a big, bulky bed, and the staircase in my new place was ridiculously narrow. I thought there was no way that bed would make it up there. But then, enter the superheroes Michael and Joseph! These guys were like magic. They did it all with a smile on their faces. They were professional and friendly and didn't let the challenging situation faze them. These guys are the real deal!

   Friendly and helpful guys!

   The movers did an excellent job. They came on time and worked nonstop to pack and load all my stuff. Everything made it here without a scratch or dent despite the lengthy voyage. I appreciated the team's assistance in unpacking and arranging my home office. The movers were really helpful and accommodating, and I will hire them again in the future.

   It's difficult to say everything that needs to be conveyed in few words. Two persons were able to manage it with ease and precision. They showed up quickly, handled the situation competently, utilized force well, and took all necessary precautions. I asked for a stack of business cards since I want to give them out to all of my friends and family members who are relocating.

   Professional in work!

   As a result of the praise, after doing some research, I settled on Royal Palm Executive Interstate Movers I had no complaints. Despite the scorching weather, the guys rode the elevator to the fourth floor again and over again for hours. They were quite helpful. I would recommend them without hesitation.

   Scam

   Trust me, do not use this company! They are scammers, read the BBB reviews that they have NEVER responded to. My husband and I were researching moving companies as we are moving out of state. The scam this company pulls is, they quote you a low amount ($1900) then require a down payment, then tell you, you will receive a call the day before your move to go over everything. Well my husband called two weeks before just for clarification. We were then quoted $5400!!! Plus our deposit is not refundable!!! They prey on people in time crunches offer a deal that is hard to resist and then when you have no time to do anything else, surprise the cost is now three times what they initially told you. Beware, trust me!

   DO NOT USE THEY ARE THIEVES

   I was moving from NY to Florida. They pitched me on that they are Florida based so they are better equipped then hiring a NY company. They never told me they were “brokers” and not actual movers. Then on the morning of my move a company shows up and tells me they grossly underquoted me based on cubic feet & that the cost would be double. I called my rep to complain and he was receptive in helping. He told me he would talk to a supervisor & get back to me. Then I had this guy Rick call me to tell me the people at my house aren’t my assigned movers and to throw them out. By this time they had moved all my boxes in the truck. I threatened to call the police so they unpacked the truck. Then 2 hours later the real mover showed up. He was nice & honest & explained that Royal Palm are just brokers & this other company was trying to steal the job. The real mover did confirm that they grossly underquoted me and that because of what happened he wasn’t going to take payment until I worked it out with the company. Then Rick called me back and demanded cash or Venmo to a personal account. I refused & he said they would keep my stuff if I didn’t pay. So I went to bank & got a cashiers check for 1/2 the amount. I told him this was ridiculous and he responded with a laugh and said “you signed the contract buddy too bad”. The real mover told me this is what they do. Luckily I refused to pay the large down payment they wanted because I didn’t want them to no show. The real mover told me they were on him to make sure he shows which confirmed to me they needed to figure out how to make money on me because I wouldn’t give them the large down payment they originally wanted. My direct real mover was great in the end but this company are scammers and will steal your money and hold your things hostage. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

   thieves looking for how to get the client's money, scamming the client with false estimates without being the ones doing the moving, they send some brokers with a truck and in the end they give you the excuse that they don't return the money and the client ends up paying 2 different companies, them and those who are actually the managers and professionals of the moving that they send. They are absolute shit movers, they cannot be recommended, they will end up scamming you and looking for a way to get more money from you, they only sound professional on the phone.

    Do not ignore this review. The good reviews are lies.Zero Stars! This company is a broker! The lied about the price. We listed everything in our home and when they got there, at the last possible minute before our move, doubled the price and they have your expensive deposit and you are their hostage. We had to leave several large items behind and still pay more. The day labor hired movers with them said this happened to every person they went to that day. We had a delivery date of 8/19, pick up was on 8/13, and did not get our stuff until 9/11. Then, they wanted to charge us $700 more because they said they could not get the truck into the apartments and needed to rent a smaller truck. WHAT!!!! Untrue! We have seen several other trucks this size dropping off stuff in the complex. Then they wanted to add $135 an hour for the time it was taking us to figure this out. They finally decided they were going to unload the truck on the side of the street! This is the most ridiculous company filled with lairs and thieves! All of the large items were damaged. There is a special place in Hell for these people.
