   THIS IS A SCAM

   This company is a scam! Please stay away. They give you a quote and say it includes everything. They make you feel it is the final amount and manipulate you into making the reservation. After they loaded the truck they say the quote did not include miles and diesel and accommodation for the truck drivers. How ridiculous! My quote was increased by 5 times of the initial amount. I had to borrow from friends to make the payment and went into debt for it. They will suffer for what they did to me. The drivers tried to intimidate me and threaten me to wait in my apartment till I made the payment. They pressurize you to pay which I call robbing tbh. After the pickup my stuff reached after 2 months and most of the stuff was damaged. I kept calling customer service to ask about the status of my stuff and they said it is in the warehouse because they have no trucks. I was told my stuff would reach in 14 days. During delivery the drivers arrived at 12AM and did not look sober. Extremely unprofessional movers at the source and destination. This business should be shut down for the amount of money they have extorted from innocent customers.

   Like others have said here- stay clear of this company, initial qoute looks great but all the add on's , extra charges etc. final bill is tripled from original qoute. They will hold your stuff hostage until you pay up.. Horrible customer service, yelled at and more. They dont care .. Cant believe they have not been shut down yet

   A quoted amount of a $600 move turned into a $2500 move for a distance of 2 hours They will do anything to steal your furniture holding hostage until you pay They send the two smallest people to move your furniture Took 5 hours to move two rooms of furniture I could of hired kids off the street to do a better job Please save your time and money and go with a reputable moving company!

   This company is a scam. Charged over double - after they had my furniture. DO NOT USE. We chose them based on price and when they arrived they held furniture until I came up with an addition $1100 - in money orders. Mark Schram was our contact, but once they had furniture he would not take our calls. Customer service at the company was rude, nasty and would never answer our questions about how the price could double. They SAID they had explained it sufficiently, but it was just a bunch of double talk. The

   Scammers, watch out

   These people initially sent me a bill, which I knew would be adjusted for more boxes. I put down a deposit based on this bill. Then the bill was adjusted for the actual weight and size of the load. Okay. That was on the day the sale of my house closed and I was driving to my new destination, over 600 miles away. The movers were three hours late on arrival and took more time to pack. so I didn't leave until late afternoon. The company asked for much more money that day, without giving me an extra day to pay, as I was on the road. They wouldn't accept a credit card, I didn't have the new bill increase amount in my checking account, I didn't think the bill would go up so much! I had planned to use my credit card but they refused to allow that. I went to a new bank (my bank was not in this town). I had to find a new bank and open a new account. They toldme a certified check was okay. I was exhausted by then. I called them many times to tell them I had a certified check. No, now they didn't want the check; they kept telling me to use apps I've never used before, they wouldn't accept the bank's check.. My banker helped me use the apps, she said to be careful. One of the apps was not safe. Because I was a first time app user, I could not send more than $500.00. I called the company again, only to be yelled at. I told them the apps wouldn't work, I couldn't send that much money. They insisted that there was no other way to pay. They sent my truck and my household goods somewhere, not telling me where. Then they said I could pay cash on arrival. I have received two more invoices, with larger and larger balances due. It has now been five days since they took my belongings. They have not contacted me and don't reply to my calls. I'm 75 years old, sleeping on the floor, no bed, no furniture, chairs or anything. I'm not expecting to get my household goods from them. They are Scammers! Please help me.
