Moving Disaster
Moved from UK to France, was wrongly told we needed two vehicles, had to pay for third vehicle to find out when it arrived that half the vehicle had been used for someone else's delivery on route. Not all our items were collected leaving them back in the UK. [NAME EDIT] (manager) refused to collect the rest of our goods or give us a refund for the half van which was not used for us. The only option was to take our goods to Dover and leave in her colleagues garden! Totally unprofessional!
