   **DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY** This company will take your money and destroy your stuff. I wish I had done more research, up front. They are not professional movers — they are scam artists. They showed up 30 days after they said they would. They made me sign a document saying I had received all of my items and that all of those items were in good condition BEFORE unloading the truck (and refused to unload it and let me see the items until I signed). They significantly damaged every piece of furniture that they hauled for us. They charged more than agreed upon and refused to unload the truck until I paid — and the drivers wouldn't accept anything other than cash. They also caused intentional (I have proof it was intentional) damage to our new home upon dropping off our items. I'm only uploading a few pictures — I have DOZENS. This company took our money AND cost us more than $10K in damaged items. Think about this: the last time you moved your own items (I've moved my own items a dozen times), did you damage any of your own stuff in the move? Maybe a lamp? Maybe a glass?? These are supposedly professional movers and they didn't just damage a couple small items — they literally damaged every large item of ours. I repeat... they are NOT professional movers. They are scam artists. ** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY**

   Superior Vanlines is a Scam and Fraud!

   The moving company, Superior Vanlines picked up my personal items in total of 36 boxes from my garage in Henderson (near Las Vegas) on 10/28/2020 with the promise that our items would be delivered by November 4th, 2020 to Florida. We were told by the company that our items were being shipped that night to Florida. We were relocating to Lutz, Florida and decided to have our household items and family clothes shipped. The broker company named Move Smarter has quoted us online, and assigned our items to Superior Vanline for shipping. We had paid the Move Smarter broker $550 deposit upfront, and paid Superior Vanlines a deposit $ 550 in cash on the day our items were picked up. They both seemed as a legitimate company. After 2 weeks of not receiving our items as promised, we started calling both companies to get answers. Neither of the pick up phones or give straightforward answers. Someone finally picked up at Superior Vanlines but was very rude and said that they were waiting for a cargo van to ship our items next week. That did not happen obviously. We kept calling them every week but they hardly every pick up their phone, if they do pick up, then they are very short vague and rude to us. I finally had to fly back to LasVegas from Florida on November 25, 2020 in attempt to get our items back and ship with another company because we had our important documents in the boxes that we needed immediately. However, they did not let me in their warehouse, were very rude and told him to leave. They promised me that they "plan to ship our items the next week to Florida". I took their promise and flew back to Florida wasting $300 on airplane tickets. They did not keep their promise again, and we have not received our items still. My friend who lives in Las Vegas went to their warehouse to check the status on December 16, 2020 and was told that they are not planning to ship our items or give our deposit back. They told my friend that we have to pick our boxes from their warehouse by December 18, 2020. What is this? a harassment? a humiliation of human beings? a discrimination? Disrespect of their customers? are they playing some sort of a joke with us? I do not understand this company and their bizarre customer service. We live in Florida now and cannot burden other people to pick up our items and pay another company just to pick them up and bring to a storage as we no longer live in Las Vegas. This will cost us another $500 at least. Besides, the company who took our items should not play games this way with customers back and forth. They took our items from our garage because they needed a business and promised best customer service and on-time delivery. However, as soon as they took our money and items, they just dumped out boxes in their warehouse and did to care anymore. I had 20 different quotes from various movers and had to pick this broker company, Move Smarter, because I thought they were decent. The broker company does not wish to deal with this either, I keep calling them without any resolution so far. I am frustrated, my little daughter will have no Christmas tree this year because of them, we have no warm clothes to wear, no personal items, no kitchen items to use, no documents we need for work, no picture or all memory items that we will never be able to replace. We have not slept well due to this stress. I have never been treated with such disrespect from a company in my entire life. This is not only disrespectful but also illegal. They should not be doing any business with this type of false promises and customer abuse. I feel abused, humiliated, disrespected and lied to. I have a high blood pressure every day because of this issue. I am afraid this is affecting my personal and family health.

   BEWARE! This company scammed us out of our money and now it is over a month and a half since we moved and still no belongings have been delivered. They don’t answer the phones when we call and are so unprofessional! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

   Anything but Superior

   They are the absolute worst. Broke my belongings before even being loaded on the truck. These guy are not professionals by any means and are not "Superior" by any definition of the word. They overcharged me and charged me for things that they left in my storage bin.They contract with Moving Pro US, another less then reputable firm. DO NOT use these guys unless you want your things broken or lost. They will try to convince you that they only have a few complaints. It is a LIE. You're better off renting a U-Haul and hiring some day laborers to load your things. It would be half the cost and wouldn't be any worse than the job I, unfortunately, hired them to do. If you had bad dealings with these guys like I did, report them to every agency that regulates interstate commerce and put these guys out of business.

   Never again

   Delivery was over a month late. Employees didn't want to abide by covid 19 guidelines in apartment buildings. Still missing 3 boxes, and over half of what I received was damaged. They scratched my motorcycle that was suppose to be crated. To top that off, they are difficult to communicate with. I've filed a claim but after reading reviews I probably won't see a cent from the damages they caused. It took over 2 weeks to get ahold of someone, who didn't want to discuss the issues, just wanted to send a form to your email, for claims. Terrible, an absolute nightmare.

   Terrible service. Consistently lied. Wouldn't return phone calls. Placed a claim since they didn't deliver on scheduled. They delivered 38 CALENDAR DAYS. Almost two months! Response. Claim denied. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. LOOK AT THE BBB REVIEWS. The person whom I emailed for the move amazingly disappeared and couldn't be contacted. DO NOT USE! They don't deserve 1 start.

   You will go through hell using this company. They are a complete SCAM!! They will not only make your life MISERABLE, but they will damage your belongings and will not care. They damaged my belongings and I had put a claim into CSI,(Port St. Lucie, FL 34988) and what a joke. They are just as bad as"Superior Van Lines". I had checked the reviews and I personally think they were done by the staff. Its so important to do your research BEFORE you hire a moving company. Pay the extra & use a reputable & big name moving company, as they are professionals at this. STAY CLEAR of "SUPERIOR VAN LINES "(Henderson NV) Trust me..you will be sorry you ever heard of them!! Please share this review.

   SUPERIOR MOVING OF NEVADA. I MOVED FROM LAS VEGAS TO TENNESSEE. I WAS LIED TO, MY FURNITURE WAS PUT IN A WAREHOUSE, TO BE DELIVERED MARCH 8. Everytime I called was lied to, they couldn't get in touch with driver. ON 17th MARCH A PIECE OF SHIT TRUCK DROVE UP WITH A DUCT TAPED TRAILER. 1/3 .OFMY LOAD DID NOT MAKE IT. 13 BIG PIECES FURNITURE, ETC I WENT THROUGH TH B ER IR HOOPS.CLSIM CSI DENIED. DISPUTED. NEVER RECIEVED A WORD. SPOKE TO SO MANY PEOPLE. ALL LIED SUPETIOR MOVING DOD NOT BRING MY STUFF. SO, AFTER SEVERAL MONTH I SPOKE TO A MEGAN. SHE SUPPOSEDLY CHECKED INTO STOLLEN ITEMS. COULDNT FIND. ON YELLOW SHEETS IN YOU COULD WRITE A VERY DETZIL LETTER 4 PAGES LONG. EVERY PERSON I SPOKE TO. DETAILED. IF YOU FELT YOU WERE OVER CHARGED. WELL 1/3 OF MY LIST DID NOT GET HERE(ONE OF WHICH 200 DOLLAR CHRISTMAS TREE, BRAND NEW. MEGAN SAID SEND TO ME PER EMAIL AND SFE WOULD PASS ON. I DID, WEEKS LATER EMAILED MEGAN TO SHE IF SHE HAD SENT ON. NEVER HAD ANSWERED ME BACK. DO NOT USED THIS COMPANY. ONE MAN HAD TO UNLOAD BY HIMSELF.

    The Wrost moving company in the USA.

    I moved from California to Oklahoma. First thing I was Quoted A price over the phone by Dave. The Ower (NOT). the first big lie. #2 did not come as scheduled. #3 The price went through the roof once the truck arrived. #4 A month later we received our items. All HELL BROKE LOOSE. Everyone at the company is a LIARS!! And CSI PROS TOO!
