   Best Transport Company I used SO FAR!

   I've used them on three different occasions and they make sure your vehicle is picked up and dropped off safely. They are professional, attentive, and have great communication. Would highly recommend.

   I purchased a car in Clearwater Florida and had it shipped to NY via TCI Logistics. Excellent service, the driver texted me 2 days after the car was picked up in Florida, said he would be at my home in about 20 minutes. He arrived about 30 minutes later, friendly and wearing a mask, pulled the car in my driveway. Perfect!

   Impeccable Service!

   I cannot adequately express how happy I am with the quality of service I received from this company. I was quite weary having heard so many "horror" stories with other vehicle company. I spoke with and interviewed many in my search and was always left with a lack of confidence. DEFINITELY NOT the case the TCI Logistics and Kaleb. From the outset, Kaleb answered all of my questions, promptly responded to my calls and, in keeping with their guarantees, was consistent in pricing and quotes from beginning to end. His chosen carrier was equally as professional and provided updates along the way. Service was completed as expected and as scheduled. I read through the other reviews of TCI and I am absolutely positive that anyone with something negative to say is nothing more than untruthful and a scammer. Don't go elsewhere - TCI is the absolute best choice - I know I won't go with anyone else in the future.

   Highly recommended. Have used Montway in the past but I will use TCI Logistics for all transports due to much lower price for the same service. Recently shipped a SUV from NV to IA, pickup and delivery as scheduled. Save your money by going with TCI.

   Terrible

   If I could give zero stars I would! On July 21, 2026 we placed an order with TCI Logistics to transport a vehicle we needed to ship from IL to TX. Our request was to pick the car up either August 16, 2026 or August 17, 2026 as the vehicle absolutely had to arrive in TX on August 18, 2026. Dave Pan, the TCI Logistics dispatcher communicated through text message starting around July 13, and continuing over many days assuring they would be able to accommodate our requirements. I received the first call from the transport company on Friday August 14, 2026 stating they had our order and would pick up between 9AM and 12PM on Monday August 17, which would arrive in TX on August 19. While that was not what we agreed upon we messaged Dave Pan to try to get this resolved. Dave did not respond to messages. On Monday, August 17 I received a call from the transport company at 11:59am telling me their truck had broken down and they needed to pick the car up on August 18. After calling Dave Pan at TCI Logistics via phone and having some heated discussions with him at around 12:10pm on August 17 we asked Dave to cancel our pickup request because what they proposed was not what they promised and did not work for us. At that time, we specifically asked Dave to cancel our order and to immediately refund our $150 deposit. As of August 25, we have not received that refund. We called TCI Logistics on August 25 and asked to speak with a manager. We were able to reach the president of TCI, Kalob Antov by phone. He stated to us that he was not going to refund the deposit because we did not cancel. We definitely did request a refund on August 17, 2026 and we have text messages to prove this. Kalob was very rude and used every cuss word in the book blaming us that we did not cancel. I am not sure how anyone can run a business this way and talk to customers they way he did. We ended up having to drive the car to TX so we could get it to the destination on time

   We put our order in a month before the pick up date. Tom stated it was no problem. The date for pick came and no carrier picked up our order. When we called Tom, he stated we needed to raise our price. He did not actively try to get the car picked up . When we stated we were going to try another carrier, Tom was nasty and stated we had to wait the 4 day window. We are now three days in and no carrier. We found a carrier that was more expensive because we are out of time. To be nasty Tom stated, no one works for free and charged up cancellation fee for not picking getting a carrier for our car. STAY away from TCI . Do not accept their terms and conditions.

   HORRIBLE COMPANY!! DO NOT USE

   This company is horrible. as soon as the get you to sign their contract, they don't care anymore. I waited and waited, kept calling them for updates if they found a driver to transport my car and they always said they were working on it. The date to pick up my car came and still nothing! a week passed the date and I still kept calling only to get bullshit answers! they messed up my whole moving plans to the point where I had o leave my car behind with a friend in the state I moved from and scheduled a pickup with another company who picked it up promptly. Save yourself the trouble and chose another company!

    Damaged Vehicle and Is Dodging Responsibility UNETHICAL/DECEITFUL

    I hired TCI Logistics to transport a vehicle. During Transport that vehicle was damaged by the shipper. I have a clean Bill of Lading at pick-up and despite the shipper refusing to provide a bill of lading at delivery, I sent images of the vehicles still on the trailer and reported the damage to TCI immediately. Originally TCI seemed like they were going to be helpful in resolving the issue. They acknowledged and apologized for the damage and asked for a repair quote. After I responded to all of their questions, sent estimates and pictures, they stopped responding after 6 months of me trying to get the issue resolved. Kaleb Antov (TCI) is now trying to claim that the damage wasn't reported until I filed a BBB complaint this past week despite the email evidence of us going back and forth and him "working on the issue". This company and Kaleb Antov are about as UNETHICAL AND DECIETFUL as it comes. They might ship your vehicle for a fair price, but if it gets damaged they will HIDE FROM RESPONSIBILITY. The email I attached is the last one I received from them in which they acknowledged the claim taking a while for them to process. This was in November of 2020. I never received additional correspondence.
