   Long Distance Move TX to Northeast

   Tito and his crew were helpful with pricing and careful with our stuff. They were able to help us out when we had problems. I would recommend them for a long distance move.

   We hired select vanline. Tito was subcontractor. He is very rude ,horrible ,angry and very toxic. I agree with all the reviews that was written on this page about him. He is a dangerous man. i was told by the company that the mover would be coming between 8:00-10:00 AM. There was no show at 8 AM, and at 9AM, I got a call from him, named Tito, telling us he would come at 12:30 PM - no explanation for why he would be late. At 12:30 PM, he called me asking where to park. I said the apartment had no designated place to park, prompting him to berate me, yelling that “you should have known by now.” I said “Please don't be nasty to us”, and he said “I am not your friend. I am doing business with you”. At that point I felt unsafe and wanted to end business with him, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Then my son showed him the space to park where he again responded with nasty anger. We showed the apartment and all the boxes we had previously packed. This guy started counting boxes and told us that we needed to pay an EXTRA $2500 in addition to $1350. I was in shock. I felt that he tried to rip me off. I didn’t realize that the amount could be changed when the mover came since it wasn’t mentioned to me to start with. While I was on the phone, Titos interrupted our conversation, threatening me and my son like a mob boss, saying that “you PAY ME, or you move yourself out.” Never have I seen someone so unabashedly awful and toxic in my life. My son, who wanted to move out before his lease ended, agreed to pay him, but I stopped my son and ended our business with him.He was very upset and told us to move ourselves out before he left. This guy is totally a bully. He threatened us in a small apartment with abusive language. My son and I felt very unsafe and feared that he could physically harm us if we didn’t do exactly as we were told. He has anger issues and is incapable of conversing with another human being without being the nastiest person on earth. Finally, avoid the jerk, Tito, at all costs. If it were possible, I would give his company negative star. He should not be in the business. He is very harmful and dangerous.    Evil evil evil, do not use them under any circumstances greedy, rude and all round evil. I will never ask anyone to use them ever!!

   Interstate move was horrible and unprofessional

   We contracted with Eagle Moving out of Boca Raton, FL so did not know about Tito and his team until they showed up for the move 1 1/2 days after Eagle promised they would arrive. He was rude and demanded another $1,500 for the items the broker promised they would move and pressured me into leaving items behind and writing a positive review or they would walk out with no move. He said it would be delivered in 7-14 business days but of course that was untrue and my 86 year old mother didn't receive her things until 22 days later. He would not have his delivery team comply with Covid restrictions at the retirement center and we had to make special allowances to receive the items. He did not deliver an expensive couch an antique sofa table and a desk that he listed on his moving inventory. Other items were soiled and broken. My mother is crushed they are missing. He is a terrible professional. Do not use this company.

   Unprofessional, disrespectful & horrible.

   Where do I start? We decided to use professional movers & the company we are using is great but the person (Tito) they contracted with is a nightmare at best. Tito from the beginning was rude, condescending, vague & kept changing the time. On four occasions gave us different times & would get mad when we told him we needed something set. Finally at 7:15 a day late he sent two guys over only to tell my wife they needed another thousand dollars & when she questioned it Tito told his guys to leave, told my wife she was a liar & rude. She was very cordial when trying to talk to him but he told her he was not paid by the company that hired him & did not care what happened to us or our children. I was not home at the time. It called Tito to see what was going on, he wanted & then told me to f off while hanging up. My special needs son was in the car with me & because you have to be hands free in NM he heard everything & started crying. Tito is a mean, cruel & inhumane person. I'm so glad he bailed on us in the beginning, would have been a complete nightmare if, he had not. Stop & do not work with this group!!

   Do not use..

   Please look elsewhere for a company to move your belongings...unless of course you don't want to get everything or if you don't mind if a lot is broken....bait and switch...they bid low to get the job then charge you almost twice as much....hold your stuff hostage until you come up with the money...tough to file a claim because they keep the paperwork needed...

   Horrible Experience! Scam!!

   I just had the worst experience of my life. Tito's Service Inc. is the most unprofessional company I ever deal with. First, I hired American Standards, and they never allowed me to select them, so we knew about them when they were at home for the pickup. They arrived one day later and offered a lot of excuses to increase our moving expenses in an unthinkable way (>$1,000 from the agreed amount). When we asked for explanations, they were rude and disrespectful, giving us the option to leave our stuff when we did not have the time to choose another company. At all moments, they lied, never answered, and treated us like they were not giving a service. At day 51, tired of claiming and not knowing where our things were, I had to hire an attorney to make a claim, so that we could receive our items. All the time, Tito lied to us, was disrespectful, and unable to talk about appropriate options. Our things came broken, the boxes are very damaged, and I cannot imagine how the items are inside. After having an attorney, they sent our stuff with Integrated Moving, and when at home, the employees never agreed to use the masks because "the company made them the test before the trip." I do not know how much time they were exposing themselves before arriving at my house, and they never showed me the negative results. They told us that they were not going to use the masks because they were uncomfortable with them and that we could wait outside or that they could leave the things outside our apartment. I am incredibly disappointed, and I would never recommend this company. You would prefer to do your moving by yourself!!
