BEWARE! Failed to deliver on time. Not responsive.
Our stuff was picked up on 02/21/21 from Los Angeles, CA and should be delivered to Miami, FL by this company. The day we signed the agreement we specifically asked what is the longest delivery time frame and were told that max is 21 day. We mentioned that we need this shipment be on time because we are leaving the country in a month and need to receive everything before we leave. Supervisor said they can't promise to deliver everything fast but it should be delivered on time. A few weeks later we decided check the status of the shipment but nobody return our calls or answer emails. On 03/08/21 we called to the office again and were told that our shipment is still in Los Angeles and ETA is now on 03/21/21. Seriously??? We have flight tickets and all hotels booked (some are non-refundable) starting 03/17/21! Also we should go to the country where it's very cold right now without any winter clothes. Who's gonna receive our shipment as well?? How people should leave without any clothes/furniture for a month? This company not even failed to deliver everything on time, but they did not inform us about possible delays even when we sent them emails asking about the shipment status. If we knew about this issue a week ago we might ask another company to pick up our staff from their warehouse but they decided just not to answer. When we complained on the phone we also were told that they are working on getting a truck faster and somebody will call us in the evening to update a status. Nobody called of course. Today we called to the office again and status is still the same. They are planning to ship our boxes this weekend and it won't be delivered on time because of that. I asked for a supervisor to contact us regarding this issue. Waiting for the call now to see if they can resolve the issue. P.S. I will update this review the day I receive our shipment. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!

Super shady, attempted fraud, damaged goods
Never use this company. They are shady. I am in the process of suing them for fraud, breach of contract and gross negligence. These guys are not "closed" as I received an email from their customer service department on Friday February 27, 2021. I suspect they marked their business as closed to avoid more bad reviews. They were assigned to my move by a moving broker, so I did not research them directly. This was a mistake. The move was a disaster from start to finish. I could (and have) written pages of documentation, which would be too long to share here, so I will offer you a brief list of the most egregious failures: 1. They lied to me and claimed my goods occupied 1,600 cubic feet. When I measured the volume at the time of delivery it was about half that amount (~800 c.f.). I allege this was fraud because I cannot see how any experience mover would overcalculate by 100%. Indeed, at the origin, they "showed" me the truck completely full. At the destination, it was only half full. Short of some voodoo of goods shrinkage, it seems an obvious conclusion that they were attempting to defraud me. 2. They did not place inventory stickers on most of my items, which made it impossible for me to verify receipt of goods at the destination. I still do not believe all of my goods arrived. 3. There was a tremendous amount of damage, way more than could have been accidental. I allege gross negligence. They completely destroyed a $1,000 grill, a $2,000 mattress, an antique sideboard, and numerous other items. My items were crushed, dirty, and clearly mishandled. 4. They failed to reassemble many of my goods at the destination because they lost parts or they had packed parts deep into boxes and were therefore not available at delivery time. I took these disputes up with them and I made them a very generous settlement offer ($1,500), which would not make me whole but which I felt would be sufficient for me to release them from their contract. The customer service person agreed this was more than fair and asked me to write an email documenting our discussion and to also provide information on my preferred method of payment. Weeks passed. I was given the run around. Finally, I sent them a demand letter threatening suit, to which they responded that their only obligation would be file an insurance claim—which would reimburse me at $0.60/lb. This is not an acceptable settlement and so I am taking them to court. Also, last time I checked fraud is illegal, so I will also pursue a criminal investigation (I doubt I am the only person they've defrauded) and I will also go after their license. Wish me luck. Do not use them.

Horrible Service! - Do not use this company!!!
Do yourself a HUGE favor and DO NOT go with hiring this company. It's a racket what these people are doing. Grab a drink and read on... First they tried to 'UP' the price. That didn't work well for them. I had every item measured with some padding and everything on a spreadsheet. Do that always, I got burned previously and learned my lesson. So these guys were not happy but I measure the truck, took pictures etc. so they were pissed they could not double the price. 1:0 for me on the one.... For the record the sales guy and the guys that packed the items were nice. I begun conversation with Travis from Sales re: my move. On 11/9/20 I signed a contract for 11/19/20 pick up of my household goods. I called that same day as instructed by the driver to schedule delivery timeframe of this week (week of 11/30) and First Day of Delivery = the Pick up Date. As per contract: Average time frame to deliver is 7-14 days on average. The terms of the contract are 1-30 business days from the FIRST DAY CUSTOMER IS READY FOR DELIVERY. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date (unless you book a full 18 wheeler to far states or a 26Feet truck to a close state).Any oral promises made regarding delivery dates and times are mere estimates. I was following up with them and today 11/30/20, I was told that they are still looking for a truck and that the goods are still in CA. The representative could not transfer me to his supervisor and asked me to call in an hour or so. I did and spoke with "David". I explained the history and he just cut me off by saying that I should have read the contract better. I told him that I did and that 2 of their representatives told be that the delivery is typically 7-14 days after pickup. I told him I called on day of pick up immediately as advised and the timeframe was good this week (2 weeks after pick up) Again he told me that I should have read better what I signed. I told him that I did. Then he asked me if I'm lying to myself by not reading to the contract. Here starts the back and forth. He was rude, but ok, everyone is stressed out. Then he proceeded to tell me that they have 30 days to deliver by contract. I asked him to speak to his supervisor. He told me there is no one else and he is it. Asked him if he is the owner. He said he is not and he is not going to transfer me or pass on a message to him. He asked me if I was calling Microsoft I wouldn't ask to speak with Bill Gates. At this time it was clear that the conversation was not going anywhere. I told him that I will be reporting them to BBB for customer service issues as well as DOT, which I did last night (11/30) So basically I'm left knowing only the following. My stuff that got picked up on 11/19 is still in CA on 11/30. Because of his blatant disregard, I'm now almost sure that it will be January before I get any of my stuff. I fail to understand how can companies like this stay in business. I'd like to speak to someone or ask for help in 1. Finding my stuff and getting it to my location. 2. A letter of apology from "David" about his rudeness, and his manager. 3. Refund for breach of contract. 4. A call from David's manager. Update: I tagged them on IG and someone responded late last night that they will get in touch with me today 12/1. NOTHING. I'm probably never going to get any of my stuff delivered after this review, but potential customers need to know, so they are aware.

Horrible service do not use!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! We moved from California to Texas they were late and they ruined our mattress and our bed they broke 2 legs, a computer, both lights on my Husband’s motorcycle and they laid it on its side, they are rude, greedy and unprofessional we paid $12,000 which included disassemble and reassemble of all items and the man refused to reassemble our items. The workers told us that the customer before had 23 items missing I’m sure we have some missing items also they also gave us another customers items. He did not pay the driver of the 18 wheeler and they argued inside and outside of my home and the driver had to call the police. I am taking them and the broker Quality move to court.

As awful as it gets.
- Unprofessional & incredibly unhelpful customer service. - Move was communicated in the afternoon the day before the move. - Request a first day of delivery which then takes at least another 2 weeks to get the items. - Ended up getting charged 50% more than quoted. ($4k vs. $6k) even though we had itemized by size 95% of the pieces. I absolutely regret ever having to do business with them. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Disgusted.
My stuff is over three weeks late, no one communicated with me and when I do get ahold of them after several tries they give me empty promises of when my stuff will be delivered. This has gone on long enough—I’m calling the police, the BBB and attorney general today. When I asked for the storage location of my items, a man named Robert who works for Trig told me he could not provide that location. I want to hire another moving company or get a Uhaul to get my stuff out of there and they can’t even disclose where they are holding my belongings—This is downright UNETHICAL AND SCARY. They GASLIGHT ME and say oh we’re still under contract and “we have over 600 clients we are dealing with right now” and last week they said “300”. I just keep getting pushed back into the back of the room: it’s so obvious my 650sq ft of belongings do not matter anymore. I’m disgusted with this service—my life and job depends on my belongings being delivered to me.

Do Notbuse This Company.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I booked 2 months in advance and was quoted $2800 for all my stuff to be moved out of state. The day before they call and say it’s going to be $500 more, we said no and they said never mind it’s still the same price. The morning of the move they jumped the price to $4200!! We said heck no and to leave. They worked it out to move my stuff for $3k BUT we had to get rid of pretty much all our furniture accept mattresses. Desperate we agreed as we couldn’t stay where we were. They told us it would be delivered 7-14 days so we planned our new jobs and everything around that. The days leading up to the 14th day they told us they couldn’t find the truck, our stuff was still in storage, no trucks were ever scheduled and the excuses go on. We couldn’t get ahold of a manager for the life of us. FINALLY we got a manager, he seemed like he was going to help us and said they were definitely in the wrong but that we were told the wrong estimate of delivery that where we moved to would be Minimum 30 days!! We asked for a discount for the inconvenience as they caused my husband to loose his job since all his tools were in another state sitting in storage when we never asked for that and got denied every time something inconvenient or that they lied about happened! We ended up waiting 28 days for our items. When they delivered it was Black Bear Moving & Storage that delivered our stuff. They had our items crammed with another family’s items. My tv was on its side and smashed by heavy metal tools, my picture box was broken through with a ladder going into it, they broke figurines , washer, antique coffee table and the “helper” they brought was making sexual comments to me. They didn’t know how to move items properly and dropped my husbands him safe half way up the stairs on my husband because they didn’t have proper moving equipment and tools. A complete MESS! Customer service means nothing to these people. Quality and timely service is apparently not a thing to them. And they lied when booking they are in fact a broker.. stay clear of these moving companies please or you may face what my family had to go through. Hung up on us multiple times when we would call, got in screaming matches with my husband, had no sympathy that they are crooks just wanting your money.. WORST COMPANY EVER THEY SHOULD NOT EVEN BEBIN BUSINESS!!

Started out good.
I had to get my mom's 1 bedroom 700 sq. ft, apartment moved from California to Oklahoma. I talked to every company that called and gave the same inventory for all of them. Trig came in at 1500 dollars which was about 1000 dollars below the closest competitor. I paid the deposit and waited for moving day. On the day of the move, they were scheduled to be there at 430pm, only to get a call around 4 saying they needed to reschedule until the next day. The next day rolls around, the last day my mom had before she had to be out of the apartment and we needed to be on the road, they arrived right around 5pm. The site supervisor came into my moms apartment, took one look around, and assesed the volume to over 1000 cubic feet, which would make the price triple. I called the office to try to find a solution to be met with, more or less, a 'tough shit' kind of response. Finally, I was able to at least agree that I could pay the balance of the 60% required to ship everything at a later date, since I didn't have the card I needed to put everything on with me. The guys loaded the truck over several hours and we thought we were done with it for now. As I'm doing the finally paperwork with the supervisor, he calls his boss to ensure what the main office had told both of us was good to go and they could leave, around 830pm, only to be told that if I didn't pay the 60% immediately they would just leave my stuff and go. After another 30 minutes of calling people higher up, we finally got to a solution and we wrapped it up. The salesman I talked to, in order to get things moving (no pun intended), seemed a little more interested in helping. Only after they had my stuff and my money did they go silent about any progress. The one allowance I will give is it was close to the 4th of july so there's that. I sent several emails asking for an update, finally getting a call from the driver saying he was about 24 hours out from delivery. I received an email from their customer service around the same time stating the final amount needs to be paid in cash or money order, I knew that part, but since the cost was 3 times more than they had quoted I am now forced to figure out the difference, not impossible, but again the whole issue was they did a horrible job estimating, trying to undercut competition. Use literally any other company. They backed me into a corner being up against a moving deadline where I pretty much had to suck it up and deal with their incompetence.
