   These guys are scammers... They lie, they cheat, they steal. The bastards had the nerve to get gas after they started the job. Over charged me 4.5 hours and threw as many miscellaneous fee's as they could at me and disappeared after they screwed me good. Overcharged me $600. I hope JOE the "sales" rep get's herpes.

   I’m not going to spend this whole area explaining the same thing everyone has mentioned below but I have spoke with several other moving companies after this incident with this company and none of them operate like this company, so I will like to know if anyone’s has done something about it if not I will like for us to get together and do something to make sure that this company does not keep doing the same to more people. I have been scammed just like all people below and do not want to leave this like this, I’m also checking what else can be done with the FTC

   WORST EXPERIENCE

   SO MANY PEOPLE HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS COMPANY THAT THE BANK GETS A FRAUD ALERT IF YOU TRY TO ZELLE THE PAYMENT. I WAS LIED TOO AND OVERCHARGED. MY STUFF WAS HELD HOSTAGE UNTIL PAYMENT RECEIVED. SAVE YOURSELF FROM A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If interested in more details, read the rest of my review. The guy on the phone sounds polite and helpful answering questions but he lies and will say whatever to get the job. He said that all was included, even the taxes at the $99 hourly rate. His guys arrive an hour late and have me sign a blank agreement before they can start. They wrapped my furniture with plastic only and did not use blankets. They assure me that the plastic will protect the furniture. I made sure to not have any glass or mirrors for the move because in the past with another company I learned they overcharged for the carton. I told them not to wrap the shelves, again I know they charge for the material. The 2 movers did not know how to unassemble the metal frame for the beds. These unprofessional movers where banging my walls. When the truck was loaded, he told me it was time to go to the new residence. Of course, the mover didn’t tell me I was going to get a text with the bill. On my drive to the new residence, I received a text with a picture of the charges. My new residence was only 7 miles away. These movers are trained to use material that is not needed because they used 6 pieces of carton on some of my wooden furniture. When I asked the mover why he used the carton he told me to protect my furniture. I told him the contract states “mirror/picture” and I did not have any of that or any glass items, he tells me to speak with the guy at the office. They charged $180 for the 6 cartons. They charged $324 for tape and plastic cover for 3 mattresses. I noticed these prices are so high because this includes the material, the work for packing, and work for unpacking this material. They added an additional 2.5 hours for travel time charge of $247.50 and $200 for a heavy item. I know nothing I own was over 200lbs. I made sure all the furniture was emptied out. From past experience I know that I get charged for the materials and so I prepared in advance to minimize that expense. The mover that spoke English only came out of the truck to hand me the bill and when I asked about some of the charges, he told him I had to call the office. Then he got back into the truck. The text also stated that I need to pay cash or cashier’s check. I called the office for the Zelle information because I did ask in the beginning. My bank freezes my account. Turns out so many people have complained about this company that the bank’s system red flags it as possible fraud. They will not unload until they receive confirmation that the payment is complete. I ask the guy on the phone if I will be charged for the time it takes me to get the payment and the guy on the phone says NO I will not get charged. I called my bank again to cancel the Zelle payment because it can take up to 4 hours to clear. I ended up having to drive to the bank to get a cashier’s check. This whole time the movers are hiding in the truck because of course I am going to get upset that my belongings are being held hostage. The guy on the phone talks nicely with please and thank you but if you complain about something he hangs up on you. Every moving company I used in the past; I paid after the work was completed. Since I finally got the cashier’s check the guys finally started to unload. When half my stuff has been put in the house and the other half is on the driveway, they then say that the time I paid for has run out. I told them that the guy from the office said I was not going to be charged for the time it took me to get the payment. The mover that speaks English calls the office and they speak in some language from Europe (Romanian, Slovakia, not sure where maybe Russian). The guy on the phone refers to the time on the contract. I realize I am wasting my time with the guy on the phone because he will say whatever to get you to pay and is a dishonest person. It was about to rain but I had lost my patience with this company and started to cry and demand they leave. I did not want to waste anymore of my time and energy with their presence. The guy on the phone lies and the workers used materials not needed to get as much money as possible.

   Contract Bait and Switch

   Do not believe anything this company tells you! I was given a rate quote for $99 all included. I called a number of other companies, and 99/hour all included seemed fair. When all was said and done they tried to charge me over $400 more than what I was anticipating paying. They fill additional numbers into the contract after you sign it, I wish I had thought to take a picture of what it said WHEN I signed it, not when they presented it for payment. I was told my things would be disassembled and reassembled in my new home. That couldn't be further from what actually happened! After speaking with a supervisor when they presented me a bill that I was totally unprepared for, I furnished payment of $600. (755 was what they told me the bill was even though the person on the phone who booked my move knew I was on a budget and told me they could have the move done and shouldn't cost me more than 350) They proceeded to unpack my belongings and dropped many items onto the sidewalk from the gate of the truck that was still in the air. Left all of my belongings sitting in the middle of my living room stacked up against a wall and refused to put them in the correct rooms even. Please don't let this happen to you! I am filing a better Business bureau complaint. There are also expired tags on the truck from December of 2021. I feel so duped! What a horrible company!

   Disgusting Scam Artists

   Don't get fooled by fake positive reviews. This company is nothing but professional thieves. I should've known not to even let them start considering they showed up wearing flip-flops and made me sign a blank contract before starting, but at that point I had little choice. They disappeared for almost 3 hours going from one apartment to the other which was 15 miles away. Then, when they opened up the truck, I could see that all of my furniture had crashed inside the truck. Then they wouldn't even let me see my belongings until I paid them a price that was probably triple what it should've been. Then they proceeded to take my belongings out only so I could see that pretty much everything I owned was destroyed. They kept saying "just file a claim". Then the entire "company" blocked my number so I couldn't file a claim against these criminals even if I wanted to.

   FRAUD!!! SCAM ARTISTS!!! THEIVES!!!

   I would like a zero star option. This HORRIBLE company took advantage of my aunt who is recently widowed and disabled. They had a verbal agreement over the phone at $99. per man and $15. per hour, then as they had her furniture in their truck asked her to sign a BLANK contract, once they were at her storage they said that if she didn't give them $1900. in cashiers checks they would hold her belongings for $500. per day PLUS the $1900. The "movers" THREW all of her beautiful furniture into the storage unit, damaging all of her earthly belongings. This guy Joe needs to be taken somewhere and taught how to HATE. I will personally be there in court to see this POS fry. Also, all of those "5 star reviews" I GUARANTEE are FAKE!

   RUN AWAY FAST FROM THESE SCAMMERS

   This company is a SCAM. DO NOT sign their contract until they have given you the final amount. They hand wrote over $1200 worth of services AFTER I signed the contract - sevices which they never provided. For example they charged me $300 alone for 10 mirrors when they only halfly-packaged ONE mirror with bubble wrap. That is only the beginning. They sent my this total bill via text message as we were driving on the highway. Once we arrived at the location they sequestered my belongings until I paid them in cash or zelle (which is not FDIC insured so you can't dispute it). The icing on the cake is that they damaged MULTIPLE pieces including two white wooden night stands and a West Elm couch. If you take any advice at all...it's to run far away from this company.

   This is a scam!!!! Do not hire them no matter what is your situation. Seems like Florida has only movers like that, and this is the reason the attorney general had issue a special warning against moving company This type of company- 2 man moving- is who you need to watch out from. A quote of $1800 became $6600 and only in cash!! And at 1am !! I’m pretty sure the good reviews are fake!!!!

    The word to describe this company is horrendous. I beg of you not to employ them. My move was to a one bedroom apartment where I did not have a bed set, no living room furniture, no dining set, just boxes and a full length mirror. Due to an injury, I could not move this by myself & decided to use them as I was quoted for “$100 for the truck and the two men, every hour” to which I said well alright, is that all you are charging me? Are there any hidden fees? I was assured that yes, this was all. Dear reader, I WAS CHARGED ONE THOUSAND NINETY FIVE DOLLARS. Yes, you read that correctly, $1,095.00. For that money they broke my vacuum, chipped my mirror, broke my plates AND I had to help them load things into/out of the truck as the driver does not know how to park nor drive. Not to mention they will ask you to sign the paperwork without a final price so they can fill it in later with their surprise and bogus charges. They even charge a COVID fee but not a single employee was wearing a mask. When you talk to Joe on the phone he will be the nastiest, rudest, and most entitled person in customer service. This manchild told me over the phone “well just don’t pay it. I’ll just take your stuff in the truck and I’ll see you in court.” This company pretends to be authentic when they are nothing but con artists and thieves. They will lie to you, threaten to steal your items, push you to your breaking point & then force you to over pay. Do NOT use this company. Spare yourself the headache.
