   WARNING!!! THESE GUYS ARE CRIMINALS

   We were lied to, extorted and threatened.... Please If you love your family and your belongings, just find another company. They charged us twice as much as they estimated the move to cost. They didn't give us this number until they had all our belongings on their trucks. They charged me for truck 5 ton trucks when they only brought out a 5 ton and a 3 ton truck. They 2nd truck was found at the last minute, even though they had estimated my moving space and items prior. We even got rid of our large living room couch and other large items prior to the move so we had less space then when we were estimated. After this Alex guy starts acting all understanding and decides to take my credit cards and post dated checks to cover the extra $12K they charged us last minute with the stipulation that I right a good review of the company, I knew this was his M.O. They showed up a day late to get our belongings, thankfully I estimated an extra day for our move out date. We had expensive things go missing and broken when the furniture arrived. If someone wants to discuss a class action suite against this company, I'm all in.

   Lost and damaged items.

   It was a nightmare from beginning to the end. I would never recommend this company to anyone. We were moving from CA to AR. The916Movers were a day and a half late. They weren’t even the Van Lines company truck that was used. Two men and a 12 year old boy showed up at my house at 9:00 pm. They were nice and polite but bringing your child at this time of night to assist with a move was very unprofessional and I believe illegal. They arrived with a small box trailer that already had the previous customers items in there. We were told that due to the items that we had they would have to charge an additional $1300. We had no choice but to go along with the new revised amount we needed to be out of our rental. Even though they said we had to pay extra, we were not able to bring our dining room table and 8 chairs and other items because they would not fit in the trailer. I was expecting a moving van. The movers finally finished at 1 a.m. Everyone was exhausted, it was dark and they had to use our flashlight to continue loading the trailer because their battery had died on their flashlight. I felt sorry for the young boy because he was just sitting on the curb and was very cold. I had to give him a blanket to keep warm. We had two metal shelving units about 6 feet high and 4 feet wide. They were the heavy duty type with four shelves each. I mentioned these two items because they were 2 of the largest items and ended up being two of the items that were lost along with other items. I cannot see how two units that large can be lost or misplaced. The mover/packer told us our items were going to a warehouse in Inyo, California that same night, and that there would be a truck leaving out of state to Arkansas and that we would receive our furniture in three days. We’ll after 19 days later we finally received our items. Right away we noticed the two large metal shelving racks were not on the truck. Then I started to notice other items that were missing. This was very upsetting as you could imagine, we waited all that time to have missing and damaged/broken items as well. When I first signed my agreement with the movers I opted to choose the second option which would be $.60 a pound per item that was damaged or missing. I asked the mover, what are the chances that my items would be lost? Slim, he said. This turned out to be a huge mistake. I believe those racks that I had were stolen because anyone could’ve use that for their own purpose especially someone that is in the moving business. I had the hardest time filing a claim and just recently I received the most ridiculous offer for my settlement of $92. That covers the shelves, two broken lamps, missing boxes, broken computer desk drawer missing plastic shelving units among other things. I had to settled with the $92 because by this time I was so upset and they had me jump through hoops while filing the claim. I was told by the company that handles the claims, Moving Claims, that I would be receiving a check from Van Lines Express Brand LLC. Now it has been almost 45 days and I have not received my $92 check. My total charge for moving went from $4700 to $6240. I tried speaking to the moving company to tell them about my missing items, but after speaking to them a couple times they refused my call they would not call back, or return my emails, they just completely dropped out of communication with me. I should’ve known better when I read the reviews of how moving companies operate. Once they give you a quote, the amount $$$ keeps going up and you are unable to speak with them. It seems like they pick up random people up off the street to work for them. Who knows what happened to my items that were stolen. The worst part of this is that I am a senior and will never be able to recoup my losses. I was ripped off and it’s a shame. I am still considering filing complaints with the Department of Transportation as well as a few other entities to hold VanLines Express Brand LLC accountable. Giving them a 1 star rating is too generous, but I didn’t have the option of Zero star.

   After they have stolen all our things, THEIR NO LONGER IN BUSINESS!!! PER GRATEFUL MOVING COMPANY THE BROKER THAT PUT ME WITH THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE. ALSO LOOK HOW THEY CHANGED THEIR ADDRESS!!

   Worst moving experience

   This is not a reputable busines. My boxes were thrown into a truck and I have pictures to support this statement. Things were broken and missing the company will not return any of my call.

   Van Lines Express & Diamond Pro Van Lines fraud. DO NOT make deposit.

   Do not get in trap to make deposit based on phone estimate. Go with moving company which will send person to make estimate. More likely will be higher initial price but at the end will save you many and frustration. Once you made deposit you are at the mercy of them. Got estimate from Diamond Pro Van Lines 4300 White Feather Trl, Boynton Beach, FL 33436 turns out be a broker with low estimate $4,956.18 at the end I paid $9,352.90. They hired Van Lines Express Brand LLC, DOT 3669742 3630 FM 2181 STE 119 Hickory Creek, TX 75065 and Express hired local movers. They came with so many additional charges: steps which should be included in quote,, loading from over 50 feet which never happened, additional packing supplies $1,900.00, taken back with movers. I ended up with broken coffee table glass, listed on the bill, missing some items broken pictures, small freezer and few other items. At the end they will demand cash or will not unload and you have no chance to see what is missing or broken. They will move your stuff to local storage and you will face additional charges, Van Lines Express instructed me to contact with “insurance” Movingclaims.net. Well, Movingclaims.net as you will found out IS NOT insurance company. They are being paid by the moving company to delay your claim to past of 90 days, credit card gives you to place dispute on the card so you will never get anything back. My damage $837.07 confirmed and $1,900.00 charges for additional supplies and few hundred extra for anything they could come with, even I tipped them and bought a food. The BBB record is terrible of all three of the companies. How they stay in business is beyond my imagination. Do not give up. It is what they expect from you. Go to small-claims court. Oct 2021 Reading other horror reviews seems I am to some degree lucky. Moving from CA to NV movers picking up your stuff, move to the local storage, next track moving to your final destination storage and local movers moving to your home. Can you Imagine what you can get after 3 times packing and unpacking? In my case local mid-size track was full and movers deliver mu stuff in few days with relatively small damages compering with other people horror moving stories. The delivery time is another horror story in short whenever we have track going your direction and takes usually two too few weeks After initial contact with Van Lines Express I’ve been asked if I got my stuff. Yes I got my stuff but not everything and some damaged and overaged. The answer, you got your stuff what do you want?!! Modar
