   Youngsters moving & delivery really deserves to be recognized. The prompt, professional intersection from (Eddie) the office and the movers they sent were second to none. Everyone was so respectfully attentive to my every need & want. I have no regrets investing my time, money and personal items with This company. They were reliably available 4 different times for my short notice and scheduled needs, without complaint. Being an over 50 yr old woman, I have the utmost respect for the admirable way the movers made me feel like they were “ helping grandma” carefully & personally handled my things. Never did I get the “ let me do my job lady” attitude from anyone. I sure wish I would have used them for a prior job. They were all around, much better than the highly advertised, large moving company’s.

   The 2 men were lazy and did not complete the job. I do not recommend. They also wrapped some of my furniture before loading, when unloading they did not remove the plastic wrap and put furniture wherever they felt like dumping it.

   Horrible management and service

   I booked an appointment for a piano delivery at 7pm last night. My appoint was canceled (even though there were SEVERAL times available online to book). Manager called me and said the earliest the delivery could be done was 7am. I said fine. It’s now an HOUR past my scheduled time and still no delivery. No eta. Nothing! I’ve had to call made message more than twice to find out what is going on. I was told the he didn’t even know what was going on. Then I received pushback and excuses. Apparently the driver had a personal emergency which caused them to go back to Dallas to regroup. Then the manager had the audacity to tell me well, “I gave you a one hour window when I called you and said the earliest would be between 7am-8am.” I said, “No, you never said that. You specifically said 7am. You never said 7-8 and I had you on speaker phone with 4 witnesses in the car to what you said.” He replied, “I know what I said and I told you 7-8 and so did the email.” Sir, your email said my piano service would be done at 7pm. Not 7-8am, nor did you even send me a confirmation or updated email on the time.” He then gave me more pushback and blamed it on it being a Saturday morning! As a company you have a responsibility for ACCOUNTABILITY. Regardless of what day of the week this is. I’m am VERY upset. I did my part, drove 40 mins across town and have been waiting longer than I should have to and trying to track down people I paid to do a job. Then the manager hung up on me and canceled and said he tried to help me but he didn’t. Please avoid at all cost!

   I had the following issues with these movers: 1) Movers arrived 1.5 hrs after the scheduled window. 2) Purchased and Smoked weed while on the job 3) Sat on my furniture while on the clock 4) One mover arrived drunk on day 2 and told me to give him a second because it was his birthday 5) Dropped my couch off of the truck while I was standing there 6) Broke too many things to name (vases, my hookah containers, picture frames, scratched my master’s degree) 7) Damaged my brand new washing machine by denting the cover and smashing the cord 8) Lastly, these movers are NOT professionals at all! They are extremely lazy. DO NOT use them unless you want your items thrown in a box and damaged!
