   Worst company ever, don’t do it terrible customer service yes the give you a good price, but for what they broke 2 big TVs they don’t really care about anything Don’t use their service and Krystal is a lier never respond nothing after a while they told me insurance can’t cover nothing because is base on the weight they are a liars I can’t believe I didn’t read the reviews before I make you a favor don’t use this company, they will give you a lots of headeaches and they don’t care even the sofa was damage, terrible. They take advantage of people and they still on bussiness.

   Do not Use Acess Canada Movers!

   I recently relocated to canada, landed in Alberta but had to move to Ontario because of work. My items were originally shipped internationally into Canada without any issues. I decided to browse online for movers, I needed to move my things from Calgary to Toronto. I found Access Canada Movers and gave them a call, and they quickly requested for $100 deposit which I paid. They promised the items will be delivered in 10-15 days, it took them 22 days to deliver and when they did 3 pieces of luggage were missing. One of them had very valuable stuff in it including a box of jewelries. I sent an email to complain stating the items that were missing since I had the manifest which had all items that were picked up, it was easy to know which items were missing. Someone responded to me insisting that the 3 missing items were delivered to me, however the person had no proof of this. I called on the 24th of december and was told I have to wait till January 7th for the claims department to look into it. By the time the so called claims department got on the phone the manager practically repeated what was said in the email, stating that I have the Items. Clearly this does not make any sense because the driver who delivered my items confirmed that my missing items were not included in the items he delivered to me. The claims manager who is the same as their customer service Lady Stephanie is just badly behaved. She yelled on the phone when I called to follow up on my missing items, stating that I there is nothing anyone in the company can do for me and I can take this up with whomever I want. She was so rude it was actually unbelievable. I concluded that they stole my items. My experience felt like something out of a script which I had read from other reviews. I think they don't care about their customers and they have gotten away with misplacing or stealing peoples items so many times that they believe nobody can hold them responsible for their actions which is very sad. This is a scam company and nobody should be tricked into doing any business with them. Once they have picked up your items their attitude changes for the worse. I do not recommend anyone use this company. They might appear cheap but in the long run they cost you a whole lot more than other movers.

   Luggage lost and no refund.

   I had to relocate from Brampton to Regina, so I was looking out for Packers and movers around Brampton and Toronto area. While browsing the internet, I saw this company called Access Canada Movers. I sent an email inquiring about their rates. I got a call from them the very next day. Mark was the person who spoke to me, he gave me the rates and he booked a pickup. They came the next day and took my consignment. They promised to deliver it in 10 days but they took 21 days to deliver it and the worst part is that they lost one luggage. They delivered my consignment on 28th September and till now I am calling them and emailing them to give a claim form, but till now they have not given me a claim form. Every time I call them, Krystal (Manager) picks up the phone and say “I apologize, I will ask them to contact you today”. After 3 months of relentless chasing the claims team responds back saying that the refund amount is $30 and deductible is $500 hence there is a deficit of -470 hence there is no refund. This company is horrible.

   I booked my move on Nov 3rd and made deposit of $100 for the move to take place on Nov 24th. After deposit, I did not get any feedback from them. Marc the so called senior move specialist would not return my calls nor respond to my emails. I was able to get through to them and they told me they would not be available to pickup my stuffs on the 24th which was a Saturday and they would like to pick up that Wednesday, leaving me two days to pack. I told them I was no longer interested and they refused to refund my money! I should have read reviews about them before using their stupid service. They are scam!

   Complete BS.

   They hire random movers who steal property.. several high value items of mine were stolen and never returned . Krystal and Stephanie are complete [EDIT] and snobby and don't give a [EDIT].. They charge you a weight that you know is not correct and yet they still tell you to pay it or you don't get your stuff.. They are full of BS and excuses a out everything.. If you say stuff is missing they will say no it's not you signed for it,meanwhile the driver makes you sign before anything is even unpacked.. They charge you $195 for 2 wardrobe boxes.. Save yourself and use another company.. My case is now with the RCMP, because between the movers and my place my property is stolen including irreplaceable items..

   Would not give a 1 STAR rating to this moving company!

   I complained to the Manager Kystal that my invoice was incorrect. I requested the government regulated weight slip of my shipment from the so called Manager Kystal. Kystal would not give me a copy of the actual regulated weight of my shipment. I was informed by Kystal, that I would not be able to speak to anyone else in the company about the weight of my shipment or HER invoice. Kystal threatened that if I did not pay HER invoice, I would not receive my shipment as she would place it into storage and I would be held liable for the monthly storage fees until I paid HER invoice. I have yet to receive the requested government regulated weight slip,the actual weight calculation, so it can be verified. I had to pay the disputed invoice in FULL to receive my belongings. I DID NOT GET A RECEIPT OF THE PAYMENT I MADE from Kystal.. My experience with this company was dreadful. The Manager Kystal yelled and threatened during our telephone conversations. I was not allowed to speak while on the phone with her. At one point, I put the phone down on the table, walked away for a few minutes and when I returned to the phone, Kystal was still yelling at me. Totally unprofessional service by a Manager? My emails to the company went unanswered. I was not allowed to speak with anyone else in the company. My shipment did not arrive when expected. I waited weeks without receiving a call back or an email on a date that it might arrive. On the date of delivery, my china cabinet arrived damaged (with deep scratches on the face of the doors) and my wooden antique bed arrived with chipped wood. PURE AND SIMPLE THIS COMPANY IS A SHAM!!

   Do not trust Marc & Krystal @ Canada Access Movers.

   They provide cheap quotes to grab your money, then provide poor customer service after you pay them. Marc and Krystal are extremely unprofessional in their communication with customers, when situations get tough for them. Marc (Sales Rep - who does not provide his last name), will sound professional when speaking with you at the beginning. He will quickly ask for your $100.00 deposit, and if you have any issues, he will screen all your calls and e-mails. You will never hear from him again. Krystal Michaels (Manager in the office), will raise her voice at you when you question their services. They both have the same script when you ask them about their poor online reviews and news articles, "we move over 6000 properties, you only hear about the bad reviews online and never the good ones". This isn't true for a company that provides a good service. There are very little positive reviews that are written about this company, and that is a valid response. DO NOT HIRE CANADA ACCESS MOVERS. I gave them my deposit and let them have it. I'd rather not risk giving them my belongings to find out how much worse the service can get.

   Brutal Move.

   I googled Moving Companies and I received 4-5 quotes. The next few days I got stupid high quotes (which I ignored) by the 2nd day Marc from Access Canada called me several times in the day. He asked for $100 deposit & set up a pickup date for Aug 22. Never heard from Marc again! When the driver David picked up my daughters items in a rental truck on Aug 19 (a few days earlier) and was suppose to drop off by Aug 29 the latest! After speaking several times to a brutal person at the office named Krystal (fake name I am sure) she gave us the run around and is a very pathetic human being. We stopped calling Access Movers after a few days as we discovered this is a fraud company (Sean O Shae from Global Toronto did a report on the fake company) that keeps your items until your so desperate to get your stuff back that they up the price sometimes by 50-400% depending how much they think they can get from you. We called the police and they started following up. On Sept 18 we got a call from the driver (Metin Palak ) that he was on his way to drop off my daughters stuff. Once the driver showed up and we confirmed that it was her stuff, we paid by e -transfer to Taylor. The driver said, that he wont move any of her items into her place unless he gets $150.00 cash. My daughter is 19 and we are over 16 hrs away. The driver showed up in a Blue Ocean Truck. She did get almost everything but a few things and some were broken. (no we did not claim as we will be wasting our time) These people have many fake companies: Blue Ocean, Access Storage, Skyline Moving, Express Van lines, Transit Canada Movers, there is a few more. Suggestion; if the website does not have an address, (google to make sure it is a real address), read reviews and DO NOT fill out to get 4-5 quotes. I got 5 quotes and all but one was a FAKE company! Make sure you use a company that is accredited Better Business Bureau and Canadian Association of Movers. FYI anyone can make a website!

   Worst company ever.

   When I was doing quotes they were the cheapest so I called to check in on what they actually do . Mark told me that the taking apart of big pieces such as bed and desk were included and that they would call a day before but that my pick up was scheduled for the aug 16th. On the 15th I hadn’t gotten any Call so I called themmultiple times without success and when they finally answered, their receptionist said that I misunderstood the pick up date , that is was actually between the 16th and the 19th. My landlord was kind enough to let me stay even though I was suppose to move out on the 16th. They came on the 17th and called 30 min before showing up , saying that they were on their way. Once they got to my appartement , they didn’t have tools and they apparently don’t take furniture a part ( even though that is not what I was told after asking multiple times). I had to leave my desk behind as I didn’t have the tools to take it apart and it would fit through the door.That was a loss of about 200$. They said that it would take about 10 days to get to Ontario , it took almost a month , with them not taking calls or answering emails. When they finally did , it was to inform me that I had to pay 1300$ ( almost double the quote ). Because I was going to be at work when they scheduled the delivery , I gave them my mom’s number as she would be the one receiving my furniture . They didn’t call her but fortunately she got there around the same time as the drivers , who were calling me and just waiting outside . When they finished delivering my mom noticed that my sofa was missing and was told to just call the company about it . First of all how to do you loose a sofa ?? I called them multiple times as the claim section of their website seems to be fake and I was told that It would take up to 6 weeks for them to locate ( or not) my sofa . They also damaged my bed and lost one of the boxes . They are extremely rude on the phone ( when they do answer) , never answer any email and just so unprofessional overall. They can’t even give updates on how their “investigation” is going . For the price that they charge that is just unacceptable. Also they should do something about Mark and that receptionist because they are really not doing their job properly.

    I had to search this company. And believe me every reviews is exactly what am going through. These people of acccess Canada movers are heartless. Krystal the manager is rude, very disrespectful. So August 1,2018 they picked up my furniture from Toronto to Calgary. Mark took a 100 deposit before they can pick up my things. Never heard back from that idiot. They told me 15 to 20 days to arrive at my destination,now is a month and 2weeks. Every day Krystal is telling me this weekend they will deliver my things or next weekend, if is not in Edmonton is on the way to Calgary. Lies lies lies. But when I mention to her how they have frustrated me, she tells me she don’t care, there’s nothing she can do about the delay. Last week she told me Tuesday now is Saturday,that I have to pay $1200 before they can schedule to deliver my things. These people are theif, unprofessional and heartless. My advice before any person decide to put their belongings into any movers hand make sure you get proper information before putting your things in theses company’s hand or you will end up regretting. I trusted them with my things and this the service I get. Fool me once you won’t Fool me twice.
