   HORRIBLE SERVICE

   Absolutely horrible experience that we have ever had with a moving company. An unreliable and incompetent team. Our shipment was over 40 days delayed and they would hang up the phone on us every time we had questions. They have lost two large items in the process and Refuse to answer any claims we sent. Can't believe they are still in business.

   DO NOT BOOK A MOVE WITH THIS COMPANY. I booked a move for today, July 7, 2021 with this pathetic company on June 8, 2021. I received multiple emails from them this week and yesterday stating to be ready for my move today. This morning at 9:30 AM, I called to find out where the truck was and the dispatcher told me I was not on the schedule. I replied, how can that be it has been booked for a month. He said well our IT department moved locations and our systems have been down for five days. So, you are not on the schedule. I replied, "so when can you pick up?" The dispatcher stated that they won't be able to pick up my furniture and they will refund my depost. BASICALLY TOO BAD LADY. Now I am scrambling to find a mover or even a UHAUL truck, because I have to be out of my apartment by July 15th. So BEWARE. You may end up stuck like me.

   Atrocious

   Moving can be one of the most difficult and frustrating experiences you can undergo and this company makes certain of it. These guys are scammers. Don’t let them [EDIT] you about not price gouging you. They’re going to tell you what you want to hear to get you to sign, and then you’ll get hit with charges anyway. The dispatcher was particularly unpleasant. He shouted at my wife on the phone, hung up on her, and made her cry. I think his name was [NAME EDIT] and he was horrible enough to motivate me to write this. These [EDIT] don’t deserve your business.

   These people are outright thieves. A box was left on the truck and they refuse to even call me back. One of the items had extreme sentimental value. They only want to give me 60 cents for it based on their contract. My only other option is to sue them for the sentimental value of the item. It was given to me after September 11th by my now deceased father. They are NOT a reputable company. Do yourself a big favor and look elsewhere for your moving needs. Now, I have to waste my valuable time suing them
