   This was a very stressful move for us from the start but when the crew showed up on move day to move us so many of our stresses went away. They were courteous, quick and careful. They communicated every step of the way and delivered in a timely fashion. Any concerns we had they helped educate us so we knew what to expect from beginning to end. I would definitely use them again!! Thank you Beyond Moving and Transportation!!

   Summer Move

   For a two bed from East to West coast was $3k with a discount. This included packing, delivery, reassembly. Staff was friendly, packers were fast, and everything was done in a timely manner. However, communication was spotty, packing was haphazard and items were forgotten at pick up. They got the job done, if that’s all you care about I would recommend them.

   DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Two weeks after I scheduled and paid for half of the move, my husband unexpectedly died. As a result myself and our 4 children were no longer moving. At this time there was still 2.5 months before the move was scheduled to take place, other than the over-the-phone estimate no work had been done on behalf of the company. They refused to refund any of the $4,000 I paid. The only thing they could offer me was for the money to be used toward a future move…. However that was only the case if I decided to move to the exact location they originally quoted me for. Any other move and I would have to first pay the balance of the move that never happened. I am dumbfounded at the level of greed, and lack of compassion for their customers. I highly advise you do not use them! Companies like this should be exposed for taking advantage of customers. I would hate for anyone else to fall victim to them.

   DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!! This is by far the WORST moving company I have ever come across. Having moved multiple times across the country, I've had my share of moving woes but they took the cake. 1. They have different company names which I picked up on after multiple unanswered phone calls and some quick googling (Beyond movers, Best choice movers etc) which I imagine is to keep customers from finding out too much about them. 2. It has been 3 WEEKS from my delivery date (NC->Texas) and I still dont have my belongings! Another quick research into the business and you realize they dont actually have the capabilities to make such moves (only 2 trucks and 1, maybe 2 drivers) so they knowingly collect your money with no intension of moving your things until they can hire out a different company to actually do the move which they never tell you. My driver arrived 3 hours late and had to go call one of his friends to help him move because he couldnt actually move my things. I have now been waiting close to a month past my delivery date. Some prior customers were waiting MONTHS for their belongings. 3. Once they collect their money prior to the move, they STOP ANSWERING THEIR PHONES. They keep calling you to collect their money but after that? Nothing! 4. There are so many hidden costs they never actually communicate with you. I have already paid about $3000 more from my initial estimate just from hidden fees. All in all this company is a fraud and that's putting it lightly. One star is far too generous for what they actually deserve. If you have the misfortune of coming across them, my advice is to stay away.    The worst experience I have ever had. I would give zero stars if I could. First, they kept delaying the pick up date. Then, almost half of my furniture never arrived. Literally half of the furnitures that arrived were either broken or damaged. It is almost impossible to reach out to any person to talk to. If by any chance you can reach out to anyone after tons of calls,emails,text messages and voicemails they never follow up with you. I filed a claim (with pictures of all broken/damaged items) to be compensated for thousand dollars worth of furniture and they agreed to pay 69$!!! They are a joke, avoid this unprofessional company/people at all costs.

   AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! THEY DOUBLE CHARGED US FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING. THEN THEY PULLED OUT ANOTHER AGREEMENT AFTER LOADING. THEN THEY REFUSED TO UNLOAD AT MY HOUSE FORCING ME TO DO ALL THE WORK AND HAUL MY OWN STUFF INTO MY HOUSE. THE DRIVER REFUSED TO PULL UP TO MY HOUSE CLAIMING THE TELEPHONE WIRES WOULD TURN OVER HIS SEMI. THE COMPANY ASKED FOR Pictures WHICH I PROVIDED. NOW I CAN'T REACH ANYONE AND THEY WON'T RETURN MY CALLS. ON TOP OF ALL THAT MANY OF MY BELONGINGS ARE DAMAGED AND MISSING. NOBODY CARES. THEY GOT THEIR MONEY!!

   Rude and lost many items

   This was the moving company used by the moving brokerage I had my original contract with. It was a horrible experience. The pickup showed up at 8 pm when they were supposed to get between 9 and 12 that morning. But that wasn't really much of an issue compared to the rest. I knew it would take a while to get my stuff because I was moving cross country. However there was minimal communication and everytime I called it went to voicemail and the mailbox was full. I then notified them in advance that I had a work trip and to let me know if I needed to cancel. They said they would work around those three days....I called everyday before my trip with barely any update. They then told me it would be delivered that weekend. I was gone Wednesday to Friday. I leave the airport in the city where my work trip was to get a call saying my stuff would be delivered that day. After going through the chaos of getting someone to be there for the move in, I was charged an extra $300 for my apartment being on the 6th floor even though there was an elevator. The mover was extremely condescending and rude to me on the phone Lastly I got home to find many pieces missing including my TV, artwork, clothes and a bookcase. Also my couch that they were supposed to cover was covered in dirt. Please be careful if you hire this company and get REAL insurance.

    Things were broken and lost, it took months for them to get our things here. They're rude, and they border on illegal extortion. Avoid these thieves.
