   My moving destination was from Edmonton to Toronto. It was snowing and cold but driver and helper were nice people. Weather didn’t stop them.

   There were ups and downs but everything arrived

   Arrived a day early for the pickup when something happened to the originally scheduled truck, but that's far better than not arriving at all. Gave me 2 hours notice and I was ready in 90 minutes. When I received the invoice there was over 500 lbs extra from the scales and therefore $700+ on top of original estimate. I had weighed everything in advance to keep it under 1,000 lbs. A reweigh would have been a pain as I was already in Orlando the reweigh would be in Ontario. Then I was informed that there would be no 30 days free storage in Orlando as promised. Things were not looking good. I got hold of Matthew who was very reasonable and we negotiated $400+ off the extra weight and I accepted early delivery. Everything arrived in decent shape. Drivers at both ends were very pleasant.

   I am writing this a year later and still cannot get the lack of professionalism this company does not have. They LIE to you , don't call when they are suppose to bring your belongings and have you waiting. They keep things and they break lots of things. This company is NOT a reputable company to hire. I wish I had of looked at ratings but did not think of this when moving 2 Provinces away. POOR POOR.

   My move from Waterloo ON to Vancouver BC On May 2022.From Waterloo to train to Vancouver then by Van .In the process of moving server damage occurred to my personal property .The company was very rude when made inquires on what took place to cause this damager. I would strong NOT Recommend This Company!

   I would not recommend this company to anyone.I should checked the reviews of this company first but I didn’t that was my mistake.I waited for the day of the move I booked the elevator but the movers never showed up nor I received I phone call so I had to call the company to reschedule for a later date which they did and they stored my stuff somewhere in Toronto as requested and on the 1 of September they were supposed to deliver my stuff in Montreal I waited all day no show so I called the company I was really disappointed the agent was very rude and hang up on me so I got some of my stuff 2 days later I found bugs in them and didn’t sign the delivery document because I didn’t receive all my stuff most of my dishes broken ,beautiful glass coffee table also broken.the top of lovely expensive wall unit missing,fire place also missing and on top of that they have charged me $300 more because they said they have to walk a little bit from the parking to my door .at the end I completed the forms of my claim which I received from the company about my missing stuff I was told it could take up to 8 weeks so I waited just over 8 weeks and I didn’t hear anything from them so I called them they told someone will call you before the end of the day then emailed me to tell me I’m not eligible for the refund I swear I have never seen a company like this all I can say they were very nice to me at the time of contacting them once they have received the money they were completely different the are unprofessionals,rude,liars I would rate them -50.

   Lost, stolen Damaged you name it

   I AM HOPING YOU READ THIS PEOPLE! We were quoted a cost and it doubled. We asked to see scale weights and were told no. finally they did and it was 2 different trailers and truck. We were told we could store for a month free, If you own appliances that is 500 bucks more per item, Every box was gone through and the one mover told me what was in a none marked taped shut box?, never showed up day of move, never showed up day of unload. Day of unload was more then a week later and at 5 at night. We had to sign a paper saying we got all our stuff and nothing missing. Do you know anyone who unpacks everything before or when you are unloading? Complained that we knew items were missing and he said, " Why would you think we stole My items"? No calls back from them and it took months to go through everything. Last look was over $10,000.00 lost of our money. Move price was doubled from $5000.00 to over $10000.00. We sat took pictures of what was loaded while they loaded them on. It still never made it here and told it never made it on the truck. Police said our word against theirs and could or wouldn't help. Most problem is 2 different provinces in Canada and we would have to go back and fight it in the province we left and the movers know that. Lawyers want money up front or no deal. So if they loose only you do again.

   Misrepresentation

   The company is not loyal, they quoted me free packing of my stuff but added another $500 for final invoice which was not disclosed, Further I was offered to make payment at the the time of delivery but the accounting team starting asking for full payment from the next day of picking up my stuff. So the quote which I had for $2000 became for $5000 after the pick up. Tell me how can this be trusted?

    Avoid at all costs

    called to get an explanation as to why a commitment of 7-10 days has turned into 17 and counting. I suggested they lack accountability when they fail to execute on time and the joker on the phone agreed that they don't need to be accountable. You get what you pay for. Avoid.
