   Furniture assembly

   An excellent furniture assembly service. Very punctual. He turned up exactly on time. He was professional and polite. The furniture was assembled well and in a timely fashion. Minimal mess to clean up afterwards.

   Wonderful service

   Great team and great service! I had some last minute plans change and they were fine to adapt their day to what I needed. Lovely guys and not a single item was scratched or damaged in the move. I appreciate how careful they were with my fragile items. Thank you so much ! Highly recommended.

   Super quick!

   Use Fantastic Removals! They were amazing. I had far more stuff than I estimated when I booked, and thought instead of the 3 hours I had booked it would take 4 hours. In the end it took 2 hours! They worked so fast and so hard. The guys were extremely careful with everything and really friendly. Just the best. Deserve all 5 stars!

   Moved smoothly from 3 bed up 5 flights of stairs

   I moved from a 3 bed duplex apartment up five flights of stairs with no lift. Fantastic's waste disposals team got rid of 2 double beds, a large storage unit, 2 wardrobes, other small furniture items. They were efficient and quick. No damage to the property. I then used the Fantastic removal service. The guys were very professional, despite the stairs and placed all my furniture where asked at the new property. The next day, the fantastic cleaners came in to do an end-of-tenancy clean. They cleaned everything asked for, including full kitchen clean - oven clean, fridge and freezer, all surfaces. Window sills and window frames etc. Everything you would expect with a full house clean. I was happy with the standard of cleanliness reached.

   Quick and efficient

   I booked their removal service to move all my boxes and luggage from one home to another. The movers were able to come ahead of time and called to confirm if this was suitable. They were quick and efficient and handled all items with a lot of care. They didn’t rush and took their time to efficiently transport all items. 4 stars because both movers did not wear masks so wasn’t COVID safe. This should be mandatory and enforced by the company.

   Too many faults and issues

   I have engaged FS for a number of works over the last 2 weeks. Given the amount of significant letdowns and glitches, I will definitely avoid using their services in the future. From unprofessional teams to delays and damages..I will definitely go for another company.

   Delayed 2 times without adequate compensation

   Extremely disappointing and unreliable service. I originally booked my move for 8:00 AM. Two days before, I was contacted and told that the booking would have to be delayed until 3:00 PM. Although this was already inconvenient, I agreed to the change. Then, on the day of the move, I was contacted again and told they would not be able to arrive until around 6:00 PM because their other job was approximately 100 miles away. Going from an agreed 8:00 AM booking to 6:00 PM is a 10-hour delay and completely disrupted my moving day. I had organised my entire day around the original booking, and being informed of another major delay at such short notice left me with very few options. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I was only offered 20% compensation despite the scale of the delay and inconvenience caused. I understand that delays can happen, but changing an 8:00 AM booking first to 3:00 PM and then to 6:00 PM because of another job shows extremely poor scheduling and communication. Customers book a specific time for a reason, especially when moving house. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again.

   Awful After-Construction Cleaning – Avoid at All Costs

   I booked Fantastic Services for an after-construction clean on 24th July, paying £630 based on their recommendation after I provided the full floor plan and explained everything was brand new. They sent 3 people for 8 hours, but the result was completely unacceptable. They did not clean the kitchen units, ignored the worktops, and only mopped the floor. All they did was remove the protective covers from the new kitchen and flooring—nothing more. The kitchen was still filthy. I had to spend three evenings cleaning it myself. The windows were left a mess, the utility room was dusty, and even the bathroom floors and walls were still covered in dust—just run a finger across and it's obvious no proper cleaning was done. To make it worse, their staff took a 25-minute break playing on their phones. When questioned, they tried to claim it was just 5 minutes—completely unprofessional. I raised a formal complaint on 25th July, but by 31st July all I received was an insulting £10 discount on a future service—despite paying £630 for a job that was clearly not done. The only decent experience I had with Fantastic Services was their end-of-tenancy clean at my previous property. This after-build clean was the worst service I've ever received, and I strongly advise others to stay away.

   Biggest Scam in London

   I cannot begin to express how horrible this company is. Not only is their customer service extremely rude, THE SERVICES I HAVE PAID FOR HAVE NEVER BEEN PROVIDED!!!!!!! I was waiting patiently and speaking to customer service and they claim that somebody attempted to come to my house to provide a service and gave me a call but they never did!!! They never even showed up!! They did this multiple times until I caught onto the pattern and realized that they are A HUGE SCAM FOR YOUR MONEY. They have a pattern of blaming it on you saying there is no parking (when there is), or that the handyman got lost on the way (he never did) and charging you extremely high fees in penalties for not doing their job!!!!. Do not use this company no matter what.

    Removal

    This company is fraudulent with their quoting process. Trying to move, they cost me over a £1000 pounds to deal with the aftermath of their fraudulence (and incompetence). They are now harassing me for £25 after failing to deliver any services whatsoever. Avoid. As you are better off lighting hundreds of pounds on fire.
