DAMAGED REMOVALS
DAMAGED REMOVALS! Our LED television was scratched during removals, and when I complained they accused me of the TV being scratched previous to the removals (aka making a fraudulent complaint). When I pushed back they offered a partial compensation but still asked me to shoulder the blame, which I wasn't happy about. When I let them know this wasn't satisfactory they continued to blame my packing skills. I told them to give me the partial compensation but that I would leave a truthful review, to which they RETRACTED the compensation out of spite. Crooks who break your belongings.
