   I am glad 5 Star was my pick for this move. They live up to their name, in my opinion. Richard was kind, attentive, efficient, and professional. He explained everything patiently. I had questions and a few changes that were dealt with nicely. The moving company he selected for my move communicated their arrival time and they were punctual, efficient , professional, and kind. They exceeded my expectations and helped me a great deal. Thank you all for taking the stress out of the process

   I was a bit worried moving my family of 5 across the US from NJ to California. Richard reached out and explained in detail the pricing and was very understanding about a tight budget. I couldn’t be happier that I booked with this company, the services men took care of everything on pick and delivery. Really made it a hassle free experience, I would go recommend them to anyone looking to move across the US. My go-to moving company!

   Working with Five Star was great. We met a few hiccups during the move, but as to be expected. However, this is where Five Star proved reliable. They were ready to remedy our concerns, informative about their service and transparent about competitors.

   Great Service!

   I recently moved from Maryland out to Oregon which was very daunting when I first looked around for a full service crew. I’m so thankful I connect with Richard from Five Star Moving Company. Very clear and transparent business practice and quite understanding to tough financial situation. I was recently out of work due to COVID and was able to find an opportunity out West to support my family. Having a set fixed price was one less worry and all my worries faded on pick-up. Extremely professional crew that blanketed and pad wrapped all large furniture and didn’t have to lift a finger on pick-up or delivery. Can’t recommend this service enough.

   This company was awesome. They helped my roommate and I move from Fairfield, Connecticut to my college apartment in Newark, Delaware. Not only was the move seamless, but the workers were also very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them for a stress free move.

   Five Star was quick with the quote and then also offered the move within 3 business days or up to 3 weeks. I crossed two states to get to the storage unit whereupon the team showed up right on time. An hour later all of my good were wrapped, literally, for transport. These folks say what they do, then go do it.

   My best experience!

   Austin was great! He helped me understand the whole moving process from start to finish showing me all my options from a truck rental, pods, to a full service mover so I can choose the best one for me. Overall it seemed like they were the best option when it comes to service and price. They sent Atlantis Van lines to service my move and wow these people are great! I have a large 3 bedroom home that is pretty full. They managed to pack my boxes, furniture and load the full truck within one day which was very impressive, on top of that delivery took place within 6 days. Overall I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a honest company.

   When I received a call from Austin Devereaux regarding my move. He put my mind at ease by explaining all the details regarding the move. He even provided his own cell phone so he would contact me prior to the move. Even though my moving plans changed, the company worked quickly to provide me with the refund information. I would definately recommend this company to anyone.

   Incredible Customer Service

   I recently moved from Boston to New Jersey for a new job, and I spoke with Justin on the phone. He was extremely good with helping me out and definitely took the stress off my plate. When I had questions on the day of the move, they were also there to pick up the phone and guide me through some of the details of being picked up in Boston. Thank you team for the help!
