    A Great Moving Experience!

My team of movers, JR, Sammy and Hassan were very professional, courteous, and friendly. The foreman, JR, knew exactly how to maximize time so that his team worked as efficiently as possible. My furniture and belongings were placed exactly where I wanted them and items came to me in very good condition. I was very pleased with the way they took such good care of my belongings. Thank you, guys!??

    BEWARE scam artists

They were hired(through Premier Van Lines broker) to move us from NY to SC. They destroyed most of our items, an antique desk, bookshelf, dining table and server, BBQ grill, glassware, mattresses etc. at least $9,000 and after submitting pictures and filing a claim, they have the freakin audacity to offer us $153!!!!! Run...Save yourself!!!!Don't use them!!!!

Horrific movers - save yourself, do not use

this company was sub-contracted by a moving broker that scammed me. they charged even more than the broker binding estimate and broke a ton of my stuff. the movers on pickup were good, but they literally broke my bed apart. the boxes had clearly been literally thrown. luckily they were well-packed so the amount that broke was not enormous, all things considered, but pretyt much one breakable item per box was broken. They did not wrap my bookshelf in blankets as htey should have so the shelves got totally banged up. And there was water damage on several boxes. On delivery, the driver literally hired 2 guys off the street to unload. so no certification, likely not covered by proper worker's comp insurance, etc. this company is TERRIBLE.

Held items hostage and demanded triple quoted amount

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They quoted me a fixed amount for the move in writing, then when goods were near my destination call me at 10pm telling me they won’t accept cashiers check, wanted cash or walmart money order. Jacked up price of my equipment by 3x and held me ransom and hostage. They are bunch of crooks and scam artists. STAY FAR AWAY MUCH MORE REPUTABLE FIRMS YOU CAN USE.

Detained my property stating they can by law for 30 days

Buyer BEWARE! Extremely rude, prices rose dramatically when they came and demanded full payment prior to completing the contract of moving our property. They moved our property from Philadelphia to Florida to some back alley warehouse. When we got worried about why it hasn’t made it to Texas they became irritated and rude. It took me to write the BBB before I got action from them. I can’t even see if my items are ok and not damaged because they want their full payment before completing the move. Rent a uhaul and save the $6000 plus

Withheld property & damage beyond repair

Save your time & look elsewhere. This shady company wants all your money & provide 0 professionalism. They’ve held our property claiming it’s legal to do so, does not go by their “binding contract”, & delivers items in horrible conditions. They force you tip their workers & also to sign documents to cover their rear end before delivering & completing the job. I paid $6000 for their service only to be treated like the city where they come from…trash!!! Save your money, do it yourself or pay this company and look for a lawyer because you’ll need one!!! All of their staff should be in jail! Adam (warehouse manager) everyone in dispatch ( so many fake names given to me) Lucas! Who assigned this piece of garbage to our family as well.

    Waste of time and money.

This has got to be the WORST moving company I have ever used. Poor communication between staff and costumers. They have changed my moving date 3 times. Costing me money and time off from work. Wish I could give a negative review. DO NOT waste your time or energy.

    Broken furniture

They moved us 2 blocks from our old house and managed to damage 30% of the furniture. Guys where high on drugs as I can tell. The worst is that they refuse to pay for insurance claim.

    Ripoff artists

If i could give no stars i would!!This company sucks and will rob you blind in more ways then 1. They gave me quote of 6800.00, got to my house and told me I had to much stuff. So now price went to 16000.00. Not to mention stole every piece of gold jewelry I had. Left my sterling silver. So my dead father's wedding ring my ring I got for my 21st birthday. As well as my dead fathers coin collection. And held my stuff for hostage because didn't want to pay the fees they were charging. Considering I had almost everything out of house and boxed in garage. Do not use this company. And you will also be contacted by The Moving Squad. They are working together. And probably split the profits on eveything they steal from you. Plus ruined my couch and love seat by putting tape on it instead the plastic I had it wrapped in. So they do not save you money in anyway at all. Not to mention I told them that I knew they were going to steal my stuff. So you would have thought they would try to prove me wrong. Unprofessional, smoked pot in back of truck while on break. So as everyone says karma is a bitch and she is a redhead so watch out all you asshats because karma will get you.

    Scam extremely unprofessional

5 reviews·1 photo 3 hours agoNEW I booked my move back on June 18 with Derrick. I went over what would be moved. The move was from Connecticut to South Carolina. My move in date was to be July 30. I was quoted $2300. I also was told the move would take 2- 5 days. It took me 3 weeks of phone calls, emails and texts, reminding Derrick of my move in date. Didn’t here back from him until yesterday July 24 that my things would be picked up today June 25. The movers showed up at 9 am & gave me a price of $6300 and my things wouldn’t arrive for 14-21 business days. Even though I booked the move ahead of time. Derrick assured me on June 18 that my pick up would happen and since I am booking well in advance that it is not a problem with getting my things moved in on July 30 isn’t an issue, since I booked more than a month in advance. So needless to say, I have to be out of my condo & find someone else to move me in such a small time frame. Do not book with them! Bait and switch. Now I am stuck moving everything on my own and renting a truck. I am a 100l pound women. That is why I played it safe and booked 6 weeks in advance. Definitely got screwed. I bought my plane ticket and paid to have my car trailered there as well. Now I am out plane fare and won’t have a car. Absolutely horrible!
