Mission Moving is a SCAM !!! never do business with these crooks
MISSION MOVERS is a SCAM !!!! don't hire them for your move. Customer Id : K4825347 The contract is going to say they are just a broker and with your initial payment they get their cut then your move is no longer their issue. They are just going to leave you on your own with a different moving company. The new moving company will not respect whatever the amount you agreed with Mission Movers and they are going to ask you a lot more on the day of pickup. Please don't go by these fake google 5 star reviews given by the Mission movers for themselves. To see their real colour please refer to the Better Business Bureau or Yelp reviews. They have been sued so many times. I ended up cancelling my move because of the Mission movers and they don't reimburse my payment made. These are the guys you are going to interact with at Mission Movers. Ted Roberts who would assure you that the end to end moving is taken care by them and would be available for call anytime. Once you made your initial payment you will never hear back from him. Chris, Shannon and Kristy Green who are moving coordinators who will make you bounce back from one person to the other without providing any update on the status of your move.
Response from Mission Moving
Hello, We are sorry to see this type of review, this is not what we strive for as a company. We are very clear as to being a moving broker as this is a broker driven industry. When it comes to review sites, unfortunately, folks are more prone to go to the BBB for negative feedback and not positive. When a move goes well they either go to google real quick or we don't hear back. We are in the heart of moving season and do not mean to bounce customer around, however, we do want to make sure people receive the communication they deserve as specific employees are not always available being that we have 100's of jobs on the calendar at any given time. We will take your feedback into consideration and do our best to improve as a company. regards, -Mission Moving

DON’T USE - RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I hired Mission Movers about a month ago and we were going to move from Denver to Las Vegas and it turns out my mom wasn’t able to keep her job if we moved. We ended up canceling a week before we were supposed to move and Rick Steel said that he wasn’t able to refund all of my money only 15 to 20%. Out of $2100. I don’t think so. I canceled payment and disputed this with my bank and I received my money back. Rick however thinks he’s going to get my money back which he can keep on dreaming. He has no reason to keep all of my money being that they have not provided me with any services.
Response from Mission Moving
Hello, We are sorry to hear that things didn't work out with the job and the relocation. We do have a standard cancellation policy like most movers and much work goes into the facilitation and coordinator ion of these moves directly after booking. The standard cancellation window is 72 hours from booking, anytime after that is considered a late cancellation and non-refundable as we have already dispatched the job to the carrier. Now when customer cancel last minute the carrier has to find ways to fill the space to remain economically sound for the company. Like the airlines, we always honor the move for up to one calendar year on another move if the customer would like. These practices are standard in just about all moving brokers contracts. -Mission Moving

Purposely Stacked Loosely To Create Space To Charge Double
Mission Moving is a broker (undisclosed at the time of quote and deposit, and mover with rental truck was hired from Birmingham AL to pick up from New Orleans). I personally love to work with brokers if they have reliable vendors, however, if you read good and bad reviews here about Mission Moving, most likely because people experienced different vendors that "represented" them. For me, I was quoted at about $9k, and the rep suggested that it was in line with what they have experience with and if not more than enough. He said if we didn't need that much space whatever is used can be adjusted at pick up to LOWER the price. It was the total opposite. 1., The mover said we are responsibile for paying all the space reserved (I knew that was expected and probably industry standard, but the rep said it wrong). 2., The mover looked over all of our stuff and estimated $16k for another half semi-truck full of space. (So I had to decide on the spot about what to let them pick up and what I should keep because they are not worth to pay to move). 3., The mover was purposely stacking things loosely to create space, leaving several inch gap space between rows, using a king size mattress spring in the middle of the truck to block view from outside so no one can see they made 2 feet empty space behind. (One of the moving helpers told me privately about this and said I wasn't supposed to know about it otherwise he would get in trouble for telling). 4., After picked up, I contacted the rep from Mission Moving and texted him all of the problems experienced, suggested that should be an 3rd party inspection duing transport or at drop off to re-measure my stuff to see how much space they should actually occupy, no one responed. 5., I had an initial quote, paying over $2k deposit, the "verification" quote I took away some bulky items but added more boxes, was charged almost another $2k for deposit. (The person did not spend time to count every inventory with me, I gave him the changes within a minute so he can adjust according to the original list). When the mover charged additional 300 cubic feet on the spot, he said that was not needed to do the second count and pay additional deposit. The "deposits" were all broker commisions. When the driver adds the space that was the money pay to the driver. (The broker wanted can see the $4k "commission" and therefore wanted to charge more for their work to make it justifiable for their labor.) I end up paying $12k for about 75% of the stuff that was quoted for $9k. As I am reading other reviews, Mission Moving will respond here according to whatever "notes" they have in their office. It doesn't seem like the customer has a way to respond again after their response so they might have the "last say" on the review. I would really like to leave a good review for a company who cares to build their reputation by properly handling issues. All I am asking is to re-measure my items so that we all know if the quote was too low to begin with and that I should pay for exactally the amount of stuff ended up on the truck. If the movers were found fraudlently making space in order to over charge then it is the movers bad reputation not the brokers. Since I was told by one of the movers about the space manipulation, and that no one answers from Mission when I contacted, I believe the problem is real. Please do not try to verify with the inventory list and the actual shipping list, they have no actual value when it comes to various sizes of the items and how the space was utilized.
Response from Mission Moving
Hello, Thank you for the detailed feedback. It appears this move went up quite a bit as to the inventory and items being relocated. During the Quality Assurance call prior to pickup, customer added 250 cf. of additional items. Then later on site there were also additional items not listed on the contract. We would ask, where were the additional items the first and second time we went over the inventory before the movers arrived. We do understand that things change and customer later decide to take or remove items. However they have to pay for additional space when this is the route chosen. Customer mentioned that the carrier purposely packed loosely on purpose. This is a carrier that we use constantly and this is the first time this has been brought to our attention. For the helper to say such a thing is beyond us and we would question the validity of this statement. When the movers arrive they always go over the worst case scenario with the customer if there are revisions prior to loading the truck as to not make the customer feel comfortable with the revision. If there truly was a major discrepancy with the inventory and cubic feet we would ask why the Bill of Lading was signed and the customer agreed to the adjustment of cost? Once this is done we are not able to go over the inventory again as the goods are now in route and the carriers are far to busy to go over the size again. Please know there is much work that goes into these moves on the broker end, the carrier rely on us for this as to the logistics and scheduling. Money is dispersed into these jobs directly after they book, we have full customer service departments, sales department, verification department, quality assurance department, all of these listed overheads are what goes into the moves and provides the carriers with the business they need to fill their trucks. We do apologize for any inconveniences or miscommunications that may have occurred on our end. Again, during this unique time for us all in the country, brokers are relied on more so then ever in this industry as we all do the best we can to see that all families are moved in a timely, cost effective manner. 99% Scam Artist
This company, and I use that term loosely, is 99% scam and 1% company. We hired Mission Moving on 8/5/2021 and paid them $4,123.82. When we hired them, we were told that we had 24/7 customer service support for any questions or changes. I called customer service on 8/13/2021 four times trying to make a packing list change but could not get anyone to answer the phone and could not leave a voicemail; their mailbox was full. I tried again the next day with the same result. I also sent an email to the customer service department on 8/13/2021, received a reply from Kali and was told that she could not help me and that I had to discuss it with QA. She told me that she would inform QA. I never heard from QA and could not get Kali to respond to further emails. In the emails I told Kali that they were scamming us, that they were fired and that we wanted a full refund, but she never responded. We finally heard from someone about a month after hiring them, only to be told that they are keeping our money because we violated their contract by firing them. This low-life representative actually threatened to take us to court for damaging their reputation, what a joke. Every word out of their mouth is either a complete lie, or a severe twist of the truth. We have been unable to get a penny back from this scam outfit and will be taking them to court.
Response from Mission Moving
Hello, We are sorry to hear that you feel this way. We have many families moving and there is a process to what transpires leading up to the move date. Every QA call (time to add or remove items from the inventory) is done a few days prior to the first available pickup date. This helps us to not make changes on multiple occasions which is very time consuming. When its close to the move date, customer know definitively what is going and what is not. This is why all moving companies perform this call at this time. Please know, We have many people m oving every day, there are families that are on the schedule for QA every day who are about to move. We cannot put their move to the side to attend to someone else's move who isn't moving for weeks or months. Our contract does state that we have a 72 hour cancellation window, after this timeframe the deposit is deemed non-refundable. This is gone over with every customer immensely after booking. Unfortunately, a conscious decision was was made to forfeit the deposit and cancel the move, this decision made by the customer was out of our control. We are an honest company and will continue to do our absolute best to assist in long distance relocation. Thank you, -Mission Moving

Poorest experience I've ever had with a mover.
I would never recommend this company or use them again. This company's sales department is good. They are responsive, friendly and tell you they will be with you through the move every step. Unfortunately once they got our money, they abandoned us, then saddled us with the worst moving experience possible. * Missed the move date by over two weeks. * The movers showed up and demanded another 4K to move the contents because there were more cubic feet (I had already paid for the full cubic feet of the full storage unit, how could the contents grow??) * We had almost 5K in damaged property. * Sitting on hold for up to an hour to wait for a customer service agent is their norm. I waited to write this review because I wanted to know if they would step up and help. Well, after almost 5 months of promises to review and assist, they called today and said "you were told wrong, all we will do is have you call the carrier to resolve". "our job is just to put you in contact with the carrier, which we have done". I pointed out that I didn't hire that carrier, they did, so I would appreciate some assistance. I was told that they did assist in the resolution, they just put me in contact with the carrier they contracted. So here I am, with lots of damaged merchandise, money owed to me and they tell me today they won't help. A) They should be helping. B) They should have told me that 5 months ago when I began asking for assistance post move. I've moved with professional movers over 15 times and this is the ONLY move that was horrifically handled - or should I say not handled

Hello, When reviewing the file it appears the customer had 2 storage units, one holding 1600 cf and another holding 2000cf. This is a large move. To put into perspective the total cubic footage would occupy an entire semi truck. The units were 10x25 & 10x20. When it comes to cubic footage there is always some air space no matter how well it is packed when it comes to furniture, boxes, miscellaneous items. Also it appears that the customer went with the standard insurance of 10k standard liability @ .60 per pound. This is what is required by the DOT for moving companies to provide. This coverage is minimal especially when it comes to moving a full semi or 2 full box trucks. We always recommend additional coverage to be purchased or to contact homeowners or renters insurance. Digging deeper into the file it does show extensive notes dating back to may all the way until as recent as yesterday. Please understand we are in the office from 10-6 EST, outside of these hours the after hours service would need to be utilized. This move took place during the heart of the issues related to the pandemic and shortages in our industry. We are not here to make excuses however we feel this should be mentioned as unforeseen circumstances are simply out of our control. We do apologize if the customer feel the move didn't go to their liking, this was not our intention going into the move. If any further assistance is needed, please reach out to the customer service department. -Mission Moving

Gave my inventory when called about final inventory stuff was left off or sizes wrong. Always wanting more money to take or deliver my stuff. My stuff was tossed around. I have an 82 inch tv I made a custom crate for and when it arrived to new address it was upside down. How and why did you flip it. I gave my estimate and ended up having to pay extra $2000 cuz the inventory list I had given the inventory was missing or mis-sized items. Truck shows up and said all my stuff wouldn't fit it would cost an extra $2500 i I didn't pay that. They came in a 26 goot truck and I got 8 feet of it. They are very careful with there contract like I asked the overs what a shuttle was they told me I wouldn't need it. When they were ready to deliver I needed a shuttle and had to pay extra. They are good scammed. Estimated cost - $4600 Actual cost - $9000
Response from Mission Moving
Hello, Sorry to hear the move didn't go as planned. When reviewing the file it does show that an additional 173 cubic feet was added to the existing inventory. This new additional was revised and signed off on by the customer in agreement with the changes and new cost. The notes also show that the potential for a shuttle was discussed at the pickup and customer was aware of this as a strong possibility. Please understand, the additions that occurred during this move went to the movers for additional space on truck and additional work. Mission Moving did not see one additional cent, therefore we had no reason to charge additional money. As stated in the contract, we are not responsible for additional items or misrepresented items as to the actual sizes. We again are sorry for the inconveniences that occurred, they were entirely out of our control and nothing was done intentionally on Mission Moving's end. -Mission Team

Worst moving company I've ever experienced
would never recommend this company. They are incredibly dishonest, they outsource to other movers that do not honor any sort of agreement you may have with Mission Movers. They do not set proper expectations, and they have terrible communication. They're super nice and upbeat until they have your money and then they don't care. Don't be fooled by the "binding estimate", it means absolutely nothing. We were quoted $4628.97 for 664 cubic square feet. They told us we would be getting a call a day or 2 before the movers came to do a final inventory and give us a final number. That never happened. The moving company they hired, APX, showed up a day earlier than we were told, on Thurs. Oct. 28, but we had everything that we had provided to Mission on the original inventory list ready to go. The mover had an issue with the piles of things being donated or sold that were laying around, and even though we told him multiple times that if it wasn't packed, it wasn't going, it seems like he struggled to comprehend that. He ended up quoting us $10k. We said that wasn't what we had agreed to. We asked him to load up the 664 cu ft that they had quoted us for the $4628 and he refused. Said he would have to come back on Saturday. Promised he would call us Fri. the 29th, our original moving day. He never called. We called him and left a message Fri. afternoon, no response. We called Sat. morning, no response. Reached out to Chris at Mission on Thurs and Fri, who claims he spoke to the movers and told them to just move what was packed and ready and stop adding on all these crazy fees. By Sat morning we called and talked to Patti, who spoke to APX and assured us they would be there by the end of day to take what was promised. A guy named Paul from APX showed up around 4pm on Sat. the 30th in a small car, no moving truck, to see what we had. At this point everything had been moved into our living room to make it easier for them even though we were told they would take care of all of that for us. He told us there was no way he could move us for $4600, and it would cost us a minimum of $7000. We again told him just to load the 664 cu ft for the $4628 and if there was anything left over, we would transport it ourselves or sell it He still refused and left. The options Mission gave us were to have them load the 664cf and pay the $4628, or have them load everything and see what it ended up being and pay whatever APX was asking for and we could go through restitution afterwards and we might get money back if discrepancies were found 90-120 days later. But the movers THEY hired still refused to honor the 664cf for $4628. We contacted Chris again Mon Nov 1, and we asked to just have our money refunded to us since this issue was not being resolved. He said he would look at some options for us and call us back Wed. He never did. My husband called back Fri and he again asked for a refund since they had not offered any reasonable solution or communicated with us at all. Mission is refusing to refund us at all, saying that we had not paid the full deposit so we voided our contract. Even though they told me it would be automatically withdrawn and not once in the multiple calls between October 22nd and November 4th was this EVER mentioned. They're claiming I was supposed to call in so they knew the money was available to withdraw. This was not communicated. They're also saying we are the ones who refused services and were not ready to move at all both times the carrier showed up. This is an outright lie and I have multiple witnesses that were present that can back this up. They don't care. It doesn't fit their BS narrative. They didn't even show up with a moving truck the second time. It's not even about the money at this point, it's the fact that both they and the carrier they hired are lying about the situation and I'm the one getting screwed over. Lost even more money having to scramble to find a storage unit, lost wages for having to take extra work off and now to hire a new moving company, plus the money we paid Mission already.
Response from Mission Moving
Hello, Mission Moving would like to start by saying this case is closed on our end, . This response is simple to protect Mission Moving's online reputation and to show readers what could influence cost to increase. Also, what is expected from customers, prior to day of service in the event they do not purchase additional packing. That being said, there are extensive, situational notes on this file as to what took place. Below we have shared some of the key points and dates they took place on. On 10/07 customer reserved their move in which Mission Moving allowed them to make a partial make. **Actual addendum added to contract** ("Nicole will be making a partial payment today of $600.00 and the second payment of $988.97 will be made on or before 10/22/2021 which will total the deposit of $1,588.97") The remaining balance of $988.97 was never met. later that day a call was placed by customer to add an additional bed which was completed. 10/25 Appointment set for Quality Assurance call with customer (time to add or remove items from inventory prior to pickup) 10/26 Quality Assurance left voicemail for customer as they were unreachable to go over their inventory. !st attempt at pickup- Mover were sent away by customer due to additional cost required for packing, Bulky fee's and additional items Later customer called back and scheduled movers to come out again When movers arrive- **they went there yesterday, customer totally unprepared. mounds of items not packed and she did not communicate to carrier that anything in a pile, not packed will not be moving. The customer needed additional packing as well as bulky fee's for larger items that can not be stacked on. Please see customer responsibilities prior to pickup which is very stand for the moving industry- **PACKING YOUR ITEMS** The move automatically includes moving blankets, moving quilts, pad wraps, and tape for all larger pieces of furniture. Unless you requested any additional packing materials as part of your estimate, you’re responsible for the following: All boxes and bins should be taped closed. (No bags are allowed on the truck) All glass and fragile items should be wrapped in bubble wrap and placed into a cardboard box. (Such as: T.V. 's, pictures, mirrors, glass table tops, etc..) All Mattresses and box springs should be placed into mattress covers All Dresser and desk drawers should be cleared of all contents All items that require additional packing must be packed properly in order for them to be loaded onto the truck. It is greatly recommended that you have a checklist while packing your goods and label your boxes with your name and phone number. **ESTIMATED PICK-UP** Our customer service team will contact you the afternoon prior to the first day of your pick up window. At this time you will be provided your Pickup ETA and carrier information. If you plan to have someone stand in for pickup rather than yourself, please be sure to inform our company. **WHY YOUR ESTIMATE PRICE COULD CHANGE** The estimate we provided is based upon the description of inventory you provided to our representative. Of course, if there are any items not listed on this estimate, the space for those items wouldn’t be accounted for in the current estimate. It is important we have an accurate itemized list of all the items being moved in order for us to provide an accurate estimate. Finally, The root of the issues here is the fact that customer missed the extremely important QA call prior to pickup, especially being that items needed to be added. When this takes place on site it is a surprise to the movers and in some cases such as this one, they are not prepared, or do not have enough space for the additions. Also, prior to every pickup, we send out an email to every customer, this goes over customer responsibilities and what to expect on day of service. This lists the items that are packed by owner and what is packed by the mover which is only standard furniture unless additional services are purchased. Finally, Mission Moving never received the 2nd portion of the deposit, therefore no compensation would be available for this move unfortunately. As the broker, our job is to locate a licensed carrier that has met of the requirements laid out by the Department of Transportation and dispatch them to the move. Being that we sent movers out twice on our cost, we feel Mission Moving did our best to accommodate this move and see that it was completed. Please understand, this was an over the phone estimate that was contingent on what the customer told us they were moving. Our contract is an open book and discusses what is covered, what can cause additional cost, and responsibilities for all parties involved. Unfortunately, when sending out a carrier funds are dispersed into the move especially when we do it twice. At the end of the day, Mission Moving lost money on this job due to the circumstances that transpired. We do apologize if the customer is unsatisfied with the services, this is never our intention. Majority of our moves go extremely well and we plan to see continue as we work hard through this unique time we are all experiencing in our economy. Regards, -Mission Moving Team

Do not use
I recently (July 2021) had a cross country move through this company from Long Beach CA to Milwaukee WI. The main people I talked to were a Neil Edwards and a Chris Capri and man do they weave a good tale. I give them credit, they are smooth talkers and definitely good at their job as con artists. So basically what they do is outsource moves to other moving companies which is what happened to me, they outsourced me to a Brooklyn Moving Inc, and all you have to do is go look at their reviews to see what kind of moving company they are. In my case multiple lamps broken, a bed frame broken and somehow a queen mattress and box spring lost (stolen or thrown away I’m guessing). But back to Mission Moving, to start I was told I wouldn’t be charged a long carry fee, because I was on the second floor of my building and I was moving to a residential neighborhood that was a house. Guess what? Brooklyn moving charged me. Also I was told I’d be contacted by the movers a day or two before they came to grab my stuff. So a day before the 2 day window I get a message from Chris Capri and a Michael Price saying the move will be 2 days from then, guess what happened later that evening? I receive a text from Brooklyn Moving Inc say they are coming the next day not in two. Noticing a pattern? No communication between the companies at all. Because I was told the wrong date from Mission Moving I was unable to do the date from Brooklyn Moving Inc, which then they obviously were not happy, thus I’m guessing why they “lost” my bed and box spring. The fact that this company will associate with a company like Brooklyn Moving Inc, tells you all you need to know. Also they do let you change your move date as long as its’s within a year and at least a week out from the move. I did have to do this a couple times due to the Covid pandemic and even then they couldn’t communicate within their own company. The second time I had to move the date back, I called in, talked to a service rep and she assures me it’s all in the system…. Narrator: The date change was not put into the system. Days later I get contacted by a Zach Reid about my move at the end of March, the date that I had assured had been moved to my new date in July. Not really a big deal just another example of the lack of communication in the company. From their reviews it looks like they might be solid locally, but DO NOT use Mission Moving for a cross country move, they will sell your move to the lowest bidder and you will get the results you’d expect. I got hustled but you don’t have to.
Response from Mission Moving
Hello, We are sorry the move did not transpire the way we all would have liked. Unfortunately you were moving in the heart of moving season during a pandemic. At this time the truck and labor shortages were at a high and we and other moving brokers were doing our best to help every family. Unfortunately, some situation were out of our control and in some cases still are. When moving items across the country broken/damaged items can take place. This is why the DOT requires every mover to provide 10k liability @.60 per pound. Additional coverage through renters/home owners/ or 3rd party is recommended. The names that were mentioned as to employees of Mission have both been with the company for some time and are considered upstanding employees. At no time would we perform the practices of the accused. Things happen in the moving industry and we have to pivot to the best of our ability to make adjustments logistically. This is why contract states we cannot guarantee pickup or delivery dates. The inventory taken is based on the what the customer provides us over the phone. Contract states we are a broker in multiple areas. Most long distance movers broker jobs out. Again, we are sorry if things didn't go to planned, we are a company of integrity and work hard to help families relocate. Regards, -Mission Moving Team

Broker could not locate a mover, than wanted to charge more
My mom scheuduled a move using Mission Moving LLC, 200 Knuth Rd. Suite 204 Boynton Beach Fl 33436 to move 10 medium boxes, 3 curio cabinets, 1 grandfather clock, and a cedar chest to Randolph Wisconsin. She completed the scheduling in April 2021 for a move in June 2021. She was contacted in June by Mission Moving LLC, stating that a mover was not available for her at the agreed upon date window, and if she could postpone. She agreed to postpone till July. She was then contacted by Mission Moving stating no mover was available to move her in July, and requested she postpone again. She agreed to postpone again till the end of August. Patty with Mission Moving contacted her again on Aug 30 2021 stating due to costs beyond Mission Moving LLC's control she could either agree to pay more ($7.50 per cubic foot, $2.95 more than the binding estimate) or postpone the move till January 2022. I confirmed this cost estimate with Rick Steele, Head of Retention and Cancellations department for Mission Moving LLC. We asked what would Misson Moving LLC do if she cancelled, and she was offered a 50% refund. She stated she would like further review, where Rick Steele said it would require A "Board Review", when pressed on who was on this "Board" no further information would be given as per Rick "it was not important to the situation, and none of our business." We requested the supervisor for Rick Steele, where after pressing Rick, who was very reluctant to give us his supervisors name, finally told us Dan Morris was his direct supervisor. After doing some research, the only employee I can find listed that actually works for this company is Daniel Heimbender - Owner and officer listed in the incorporation documents. We are filing a complaint as no services were rendered, no moving company was ever booked, no moving staff came to pick up her goods, and her items remain at the pickup address as of no fault of her own. Nor due to any stated contract limitations (Section 4 of the contract, "Due to situations beyond our control, such as, but not limited to, inclement weather, mechanical breakdowns, road construction, remote pickup or drop off locations, difficult or limited lanes of travel, etc.) Since none of these reasons apply for her move, and the broker has been unable to complete the contract by finding a suitable moving company in the listed time frame, and the pickup address has had sunny weather, boxes ready for pickup, since June of 2021, She is requesting a full refund of her depoisit (broker fee), due to a lack of confidence that the broker will be able to fulfill the contract ever. **depending on outcome of this complaint, I reserve the right to amend, change, or remove it entirely.
Response from Mission Moving
Hello, When reviewing the file it appears the customer placed their move on hold. They later (during the very busy season and pandemic) wanted to put move back on. We then told them the cost would have to be more due to the increase in demand and lack of trucks/labor. They didn't want to pay the industry rates for the time being. We continued to try and dispatch her at the original rate but unfortunately were unable to locate a carrier willing to take the job. We do apologize for this inconvenience, however the situation with covid and the pandemic made this very difficult for us to accomplish. This occurred industry wide as well as other transportation industries. These unforeseen circumstances are unfortunate and us movers are doing our best, nobody saw this coming. Sorry for any inconveniences with us. -Mission Moving -Mission Moving

NEVER AGAIN
If I could give this company 0 stars I would. The absolute worst moving company I could ever go through. Takes at least 2 months for your stuff to arrive. Your estimated day of delivery you give them isn’t an actual estimated day that they will deliver, rather than the day they will take your stuff out of their storage and may or may not begin to move it. Customer service hangs up on you, no managers available to talk to. I asked to speak with a Superviser and was told none were available. There are only 3 customer service reps. They have no idea where your stuff is or when it will arrive when you ask. Elaine, the customer service rep who hung up on me, told me that it could take 2 weeks or 2 months for my stuff to arrive from Ohio to Nevada. Hope and Nate never emailed me back in regard to my belongings. And Cali, another moving rep also hung up on me because she told me she couldn’t help -‘f it was out of her hands. Attempted to contact the movers who put my stuff in their truck but no one has gotten back. And everyone I have called I have been sent to voicemail with no return calls or emails. I beg anyone to reconsider going through this awful company. I have no idea where my things are, I’m currently sleeping on an air mattress in my empty house. Never again.

Rachel, We're sorry your move poorly, this is never our intention. We can assure you we have a lot more then just 3 customer service reps as we help thousands of families relocation every year. When reviewing the notes on your file it appears when you signed off on the Bill of Lading, the First available delivery date was not listed as next day. In these cases the goods are brought back to the warehouse until that date, we then would have the goods shipped out as to not cause delays for other moves. Prior to pickup we send out a "customer tips and responsibilities" this goes over the FADD, the foreman on site should go over this as well. Unfortunately when this is not selected properly, it is out of our control as what date that the customer lists and signs for is what hold the weight. Again we are sorry for any inconveniences during your move, we hope this message finds you well. -Mission Moving Team
