   Poor Service.

   I was promised for the delivery in a week time but i'm waiting more than 2 weeks now for the items to get delivered. Also they don't have a date for the delivery yet. Cost also high when compared to other movers. Please don't go for these people if you want your things to be moved on time.

   Thieves and Liars!!

   What a Nightmare!!Never,Never,Never, will I use Nationwide Moving in Hollywood Florida..My son passed away 4/3/18.I had to go back home to Cleveland, OH to bury him. I had to move my son's belongings back to CA with me. I hired Nationwide Movers.. Big Mistake!! First, I let Ron know I needed long term storage..I'm in a small apartment in LA. Nationwide replied Oh Yes we offer Long Term Storage Lie number one!! Only to find on July 17th I get a call from a Moving company here in LA stating they had my belongings..Received my belongings only to find my deceased son's TV from his bedroom was Stolen!! My son also had a Smith & Wesson Rifle that was Stolen..also his 2 vacuums foldable shopping cart, Microwave cart, Floor Lamp,Table Top Fan, Antique Telephone Table the Inventory List you're Given is A Complete Joke!! The items the movers plan to Steal Do Not Go On The Inventory Sheet!!,The movers who come to your home see Firsthand what Personal Property you have before they wrap up your belongings for instance the TV's ..I filed a Police Report ..I will seek Legal Counsel on this matter as well.. A Consumer Protection Atty in Cleveland to find out my Legal Recourse at this point!! This is "APPALLING!! I am still dealing with the Lost of my 37 y.o. son..now his belongings got Stolen he is not here to replace any of it!! Where does it state in Nationwide Moving Company Contract where it states the Movers can Shop and Steal Consumers Personal Property??..Nationwide Moving Company in Hollywood Florida needs Prayer!!

   The worst Moving Company ever.

   If we could give this company a negative 5 star we would. The worst experience ever. Not only was our Furniture and belongings held hostage for double the quoted cost. Many of our items were not received and damaged. We were told many lies and and were treated rudely by everyone at the company. They caused us alot of stress. Our antique table which we told them was very old ans special to us was deliberately destroyed. Boxes were crushed and pictures had water damage. Office desk was destroyed. When we called we were given a bogus link to file a claim. They should not be in business ir alliwed to keep taking advantage of many people. Please do not go with this company. Wish we had read the reviews and done our research before going with them. We know they stole many items as well.

   Nationwide Movers.

   I am sorry we picked this mover and strongly suggest to anyone "not" to use them. They picked up our furniture and belongings on May 5th and were extremely unprofessional and left a quarter of our stuff sitting in our kitchen and said they would not fit. They were to deliver to our home in NJ and as of today we do not know where our stuff is and BBB is trying to help us because they don't answer the phone. Also they charged double the price when they picked up. DO NOT USE THIS MOVER.

   Guaranteed delivery date of one week from pick up and guaranteed amount of $1200 for the move. Delivery was 4 weeks later. Amount was $4000. On top of that, my boxes were all gone through and items stolen. The company refuses to take care of anything. So, next step, police report.

   Pathetic excuse for a company and lied.

   I was promised my stuff in 5 days. They took 14. I was given a quote 800 less then what I actually was charged. And they broke a bunch of my items and just said insurance company will handle it. Avoid them like the plague.

   Absolutely NO.

   My husband reached out to Nationwide Movers to have a long haul move completed. He spoke with RON who provided an Estimate which was 3000 dollars less than we were actually charged. The load estimated changed AFTER the entire truck was loaded. Items that weren't to be loaded (even as specified during the initial walk through) were loaded. This is indirect dispute with FCMA guidelines. Trucks were not loaded based on weight (also not complaint with FCMA guidlines). Do your homework don't use this company, no matter what you are told it will absolutely be untrue. Read all of the information you can on the FCMA website and this article https://www.moving.com/tips/top-10-moving-scams/ . This company checks off on nearly all 10.

   Deserves zero stars.

   Where to begin..first, the person who gave me the quote & set everything up blatantly lied to me. He promised that I would not pay a penny over the estimate. But when the movers came; the cost was DOUBLE what I was promised. Second, I was promised that the movers would arrive between 9-11am. At 11:45am, I tried calling the dispatch & the guy who set the move up. No one answered & no one returned my calls. I had to keep calling until someone picked up. When they did, they were extremely rude and basically told me that they're busy & I should appreciate that they're moving me. Third, again, I was told my delivery would arrive within 3-7 days. That was another lie. I'll be lucky if they deliver within 3 1/2 weeks. Lastly, there has been no update or communication from the movers themselves. I specifically asked them to text or call me to provide a delivery date. A move that was quoted and promised at 1250.00 has turned into 3350.00! I recommend reading reviews & doing research before selecting a moving company.

   Goods Not Delivered.

   Ronald said delivery would be 6 to 9 days. Pick up on 4/20/2015 was on time but truck has not yet left for California after 20 days. Dispatch says they will notify me when truck leaves for California and that they have up to 21 days per contract after the earliest pick up date which was 4/25/2015 although this was not specified by Ronald the salesman.

    Worst Moving Company for Seniors.

    Picked up on time delivery date was 15 days late. Small amount of compensation for missed delivery date. Poor and hostile communication by Manny. Many crushed boxes and a lot of broken furniture. Boxes were left in  a New Jersey storage facility that we had to pick up at our own expense. Very poor moving company that only lists good reviews on its site.
