   Scammers!

   I can no longer get ahold of this company after they took two deposits for about $3000. The five star reviews are false, Isiah Johnson a reviewer is the 'senior moving coodinator' in charge of my move who will no longer return texts, calls, or emails. I will have to pursue them through Broward County sheriff's department at this point. I can't give them zero stars.

   Do not use this company. When you initially contact them they will keep lowering the price until you accept and do a bank transfer to pay the deposit. You’ll never hear from the again. If you do they will try to extort more money from you and if they can’t they’ll just hang up on you.

   This company is a scam!

   They took a deposit ( bank withdrawal only ). Convinced us to pay for more space and if not needed the day of move would be refunded! I was to receive a call telling me the window of pickup for my house. The call never came. All contact numbers for the company go to hold music and then to a mailbox that is full. Movers never showed or called and refuse to answer their phones. Total scam!

   Avoid at all costs.

   This was the worst moving experience I’ve ever been a part of. Grossly inflated difference between estimate and final costs, they lie to you about what vehicle is being used to move and make up the costs based on cubic feet but when the movers come they tell you it’s organized by “lines”. But, they’ve already got you for a large sum with your deposit so what is there to do?! The truck showed up on the other end and it was a rental box truck and not a tractor trailer (like they tell you). Total scam. Don’t give them a dollar. Their Quality assurance department lead Kyle, couldn’t have been a worse human being - gave me a whole run around and told me to accept the additional $2k they wanted to charge me “and we’ll get all your stuff out for you bud and you can eat at all the great restaurants.” When I told him no he said well don’t complain to me when it costs more. It was even worse than what I’ve described. That’s just a piece of the conversation. Trash customer service. The company will only contact you when they need you to pay up. They didn’t give me any updates on the date of pickup. I received a call from the movers on the other end the day of asking me to move in that day. I had to take off from work to accept my belongings. Zero transparency. Zero accountability. They don’t even answer their phones. Avoid avoid avoid.

   DO NOT USE THIS COMANY FOR MOVING FOR REASONS BELOW. Professional liars from customers service to movers. Never on time - 7 days late from binding time, no courtesy to even call and apologize for inform the customer. The amount they quote is actually not the amount they demand at loading and unloading. When you will call them to find out details, they are rude, unprofessional and will outright lie to you . In my case I caught their lie due to my profession and tried to help in response the ‘manger’ laughed at my profession as ‘first responder’. Their crew of movers were extremely rude, unprofessional, cheating and lying . I have proof of all the things I am writing in this review. I have moved long distance several times and never had this kind of experience, headache or disrespectful treatment. WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE OR COMPANY.

The crew we hired to perform your move, we use all the time and have never had any problems with them - we do appreciate any and all feedback and will certainly figure out who was responsible for the type of actions you are describing in the the review you have written with intent to "hurt" our company or our reputation, who did nothing but help organize your move to Maine. All of our calls are recorded for quality assurance and training purposes and at no point in time was anyone from Qualified Movers rude or unprofessional.    THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT

   Qualified Movers contacted me regarding my move and offered an unbeatable price. They gave the appearance of a professional company and convinced me they could not take a credit card for the deposit (RED FLAG). I gave them my checking account information and they took the $700 deposit. I called before their 72 hour cancellation period was over but somehow there was no one available to speak whenever I called. I waited for them to contact me to set up the move and no one called. No one contacted me or came to my apartment on the days for which the move was scheduled. They have not responded to my emails or phone messages still to this point. And the link to the estimate they sent me is now a dead end and inaccessible. They are not registered with the Better Business Bureau, they are not on Yelp, and it is difficult to find on them on google. All RED FLAGS. STAY AWAY.
