   If this company shows up at your door my advice is to decline the service. We booked through all State Moving Of America. This company sold my account to... that's right, Right A-Way Movers! Immediately the movers claim the amount of goods were over the so called footage of space for our price quote. So we had to run around trying to purchase money orders and pay the extra cost! Then they ask when do you want your goods to be delivered which was noted on the invoice. Why they even bothered going through this step I wonder... Because it took 2 MONTHS before I received my items. Yes, imagine arriving to your new apartment with no bed, no extra clothes, no cookware, no TV! Meanwhile to add pain to injury when we called to check on eta, we were hung up on or rudely talked to on the phone. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and lack of customer service. When my goods arrived yes, you guessed it the price was $350 more for a supposedly shuttle service. All my items were there but the head board for the bed was damaged, drawer for the bed damaged, dishes and glasses broken despite being wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in boxes marked fragile. In conclusion if this company shows up at your door my advice is to decline the service.

   current victim of moving fraud by these guys

   I am a current victim of moving fraud by this company (moving contract was signed by Southern Guarantee Moving & Storage) and they decided to choose Right A-way movers as my carriers about which I was not told till they arrived to pick up my items. My household goods were loaded on 05/24/2022 from Springfield MO for Atlanta GA to be delivered on 06/18/2022. Today is 08/22 and I have not received my shipment. I have called/emailed this so called moving company customer care and their carriers million times and they take me for a ride with most ridiculous responses every single time.You should also be aware of about their lowball initial estimate when you will first contact them. My estimate was revised from $1750 to $6400 (almost 4 times) when carriers came and loaded everything into the truck .I was almost manhandled and forced to pay half of the revised estimate amount in cash and was threatened that I need to arrange the cash in 5 mins otherwise they will increase the estimate amount. Well there are lot many things to tell that me and my family have been going through last 3 months without our household item (furniture/kitchen items/electronics and my kid whole set of toys , our old memories among many other things). I have been trying to get information on how to file complaint and insurance claims for non-receipt of shipment but there customer service says they have no such complaint filing system and many other unacceptable excuses. Now I know moving fraud DOES HAPPEN !! Stay away from these guys and specially their carriers 'Right A-way movers' (rudest and unprofessional bunch of people I have ever worked with in my life) if you want to save yourself from lots of stress, height of unprofessionalism, unreasonable revised estimate upon loading, worst and unresponsive customer care.

   Don't use them please!! My contract was sold to them thru a broker. I'm out $4,000 and missing $12,000 worth of furniture. All their information is uploaded on the DOT website. Their license has been revoked - they're not legally allowed to transport goods. No insurance, so you will not get any money back!

   Unfortunately booking with an agent means you are connected with a contractor who may not care about you or your belongings. Move from Louisiana to Colorado Springs, CO (move date : 6/24). After insisting on an update, Today 8/3 I was told “you don’t know shit & you can pick your things up In Georgia because you disrespected me (Joseph: Owner). I live 20 hours from the place where my items are “said to be. Red flags ?: items picked up after midnight ?: quote price doubled after loading items and it is after hours so you can’t reach broker. ?: not able to get status update even 30 days after pick up. ?: BBB rating F! (Learned this much later because broker does not tell you what company will be moving you. Next steps: purse process for reporting mover scams/interstate fraud. Plan to travel to GA to get the items that the company refused to deliver in order to teach me a lesson..?..

   Pick up when ok, I was ready for delivery in April 28 and they delivered in June 20, they arrives at 1130 pm and charge me 15% for delivering that late even tho it wasn’t my fault since they were doing my delivery on June 18 and they were delay until the 20 due to traffic and then they dint had a bolt cutter. Communication was almost non existent and they end up charging $1000 ish more than the original agreement and even tho they took forever and my boxes were broken, one of them was open, my kitchen dinning chairs are all crash and loose. Then last night the driver wanted to charge me the full amount even those I had paid. I wish I had seen the reviews before letting them taking my items. They were hired by National Relocation which I would Not recommend, they will hired anybody even if the company is bad. They said that it took too long with the delivery because they were two trucks down but dam almost two months!!!. ****please be aware of this company, pretty much all the reviews are negative and for a valid reason***

   Over charged and cheated

   Hi , I booked my move from Mason OH to Keller TX. These cheaters were contracted by All American Moving agent and as usual agent gave quote for 286 cu.ft. and carrier over charged for additional 160 cu.ft. for the same inventory. After getting overcharged by carrier he has been trying to get more money in the form of redelivery fee of $1250/-, which is unlawful possession of my belongings. I strongly advice stay away from this company.

   Every box damaged

   This company was sub-contracted by Allstate Movers. If they show up at your place, send them away. They did not honor the terms of our contract with all-state. every box had evidence of being dropped several feet several times. Then they lost three large boxes. The move was a small amount from Indiana to Florida and they took the full month to deliver our boxes. this was by far the worst experience ever.

   I moved from Huntsville Alabama to Dallas, Texas. I was given an estimate , but once everything was getting picked up, I had to leave my living room Furnature because the price was jacked up another $400. They lied about how long it would take. I was told 3 days by the driver, they took my things to the warehouse in GA. My things sat in GA for 13 days. They asked another carrier to bring my things to Texas (Academy Van Lines LLC). Most of my things were missing, and half things that I received were damaged. Academy van lines mixed my things up with another customers things. They were delivering their belongings to my apartment , I had to make them return it to the truck. They were dragging my dressers/ Matresses/ totes/ etc. they used no dolly until I asked. They were very rude. They did not finish the job and put up my bed. They tried to leave with my things still on the truck. When I called Joseph, he seems to be surprised, but he also sends me a photo of the way the guys were throwing the furniture on the truck (academy van lines) when he hired them to deliver 2 customers things to TX. Therefore he was aware of this situation. DO NOT HIRE this company to be responsible for delivering your things. My belongings (a bag) is still in josephs possession and I was told on January 24 that he would over night it to me. It is now March and I still do not have my hair bag! I was also told not to use the company insurance for my damaged items by Joseph because it would make the company look bad.

   Terrible terrible experience

   Do not hire this company, if a broker sends them to your house, turn them away. There is nothing good I can say about them and I hope I can keep others from being extorted, bullied and robbed. They lie about how much cubic feet you have and try to add 116 extra cubic feet to every 100 you have because it is “freight”. They change the price and their driver forced me to pay cash to him off the books under threat of taking my stuff and driving away. They did not provide an inventory, and changed the price constantly during pick up. At one point they told me I had 2500 cu ft on a truck that only holds 1750, and the truck was not full. Instead of delivering directly to Texas from Minnesota they took my belongings to their warehouse in Georgia, and I have no doubt they will rifle through them, take what they like and then eventually deliver whatever is left damaged. They will probably demand more money as well before they will give it to me. I cannot express strongly enough how bad this experience was. DO NOT USE THEM I was frightened and bullied by them and I hope I can save others. Be very careful and don’t rely on the positive reviews.

    Long distance move

    Won't company in the world... we will be pursuing legal actions because the foreman of our job try to extort money out of us on a side deal of the contract and failed to realize since he was inside our house when doing so that everything was being recorded and documented. The foreman proceeded to call the "owner" Joseph and before the owner could realize that we "the customers" could hear him told his foreman to try to get us to cancel our job so that they could just keep our "$5,000" deposit.. this company is absolutely disgusting please don't even think about using them.. movers don't take inventory,they don't wear shoe covers,they will dent walls,show up high..complain the whole time they work... just don't do it.. and Joseph is you're reading this we will see you in court soon:)
