   Moving.

   My time with Superior Moving Systems has been nothing short of amazing! My family and I were very stressed and unorganized when it came time to pack and move everything across the country, but the team that came to help us were so nice and professional. They went above and beyond with their efforts! They were friendly and made sure that everything was packed and would not be damaged in the move and that we were satisfied with the work they did. When we finally arrived at our new home and began the unpacking process, we were pleased to see that there was not a single scratch or ding on any of our belongings. Would definitely recommend for anyone going through a long distance move!

   Long distance moving can be very inconvenient, especially when you have a lot of belongings. I don't regret contacting Superior Moving Systems for their services, they showed great professionalism from beginning to end. All my items arrived safely at the designed location without any damage.    My moving experience with Superior Moving Systems could not have gone any better. We were nervous about the move and taking all our belongings across state lines but I don't have any complaints with the services we received. I received a job offer in Boston right before Thanksgiving and had just three weeks to find someone dependable to cart all of our stuff from Central Florida to Massachusetts. I was very nervous with being so close to the holidays that finding someone to help us out was going to be an issue. Luckily we found these guys. The moving team showed up right on time and ready to go the morning of the move. The crew loaded the truck with care and made sure that all of our boxes and furniture were secure and safe. It was important that everything was treated carefully as we were moving a lot of delicate items and some antique furniture. After hauling all our stuff from Orlando, FL to Boston, MA our items were unloaded with just as much care and caution as they received when being loaded. Furniture and boxes were placed in the correct rooms in a delicate and orderly fashion, insuring no dings or scuffs on our new walls. Working with Superior Moving Systems was a dream. I am so glad my wife and I trusted them with our possessions. All of our items showed up without a scratch or a scuff. If you are looking for someone to help you out with your move I definitely suggest these guys.

   Great moving company!

   I contacted Superior Moving Systems to help me move my family from Eugene, OR to Los Angeles. I was nervous to hire a moving company since I have always moved on my own, but over the years after adding to my family and belongings there was no way I could do this myself. Superior Moving Systems stepped in and made the process very smooth! The customer service I received during the call was great and they were able to provide me with a very reasonable quote for moving my three bedroom home. They let me choose an appointment time and arrived on time. They carefully wrapped my furniture and antiques making sure that nothing would be broken, while still moving quickly. My worries faded away after I met the professional friendly movers and I knew my belongings would be safe with them! When they unloaded my belongings they helped to put everything in the rooms they would belong and nothing was lost or broken! Highly recommended!

   Great Service!

   I had to move from Oregon to Colorado for work reasons, and was recommended to use Superior Moving Systems. The price was extremely reasonable, and the movers were extremely professional in helping me. I would highly recommend this company for anyone trying to make ling distance moves.

   FURNITURE DAMAGED BEYOND REPAIR

   I had to mark one star, but they don’t even deserve the one star. Doubled estimate after Penske truck loaded (no company moving truck).Theownercalled wanting more money since truck loaded up-part of their scam. My sister used them and as soon as her furniture was loaded, she also got a call from Hector demanding more money from her as well. That’s their scam!). Sent blank BOL. No inventory given to me of what they loaded nor unloaded, even after contacting Hector (the owner) and Emanuel (works phones). Wasn’t given delivery date until day before delivering. Asked many times prior. No COMPANY address or phone number on their BOL. My piano is destroyed (charged $250 extra).Both back legs to one of my dining room chairs are completely broken off and nowhere to be found, which ruined my dining room set. My curio cabinet is missing back legs. The movers leaned it up against my wall so it wouldn’t fall over. Deep scratches on just about everything they unloaded. The wooden piece where you lay your sheet music on piano is completely broken off the piano. Piano scratched terribly. Solid cherry Kincaid antique four poster bed missing one post, which ruins bed and matching mirror on dresser had a hunk of cherry wood busted completely off so it’s ruined. My boxes marked FRAGILE in every conceivable place to look are totally crushed. I can’t bring myself to look at the contents after seeing my furniture ruined. I’ve tried numerous times to contact Superior Movers, but feel they’ve blocked my cell number. These people are scammers who tell you one price and then want more after loading your furniture. They demand payment BEFORE UNLOADING because anyone in their right mind would not pay them a dime if they were able to inspect your furniture after delivery while the movers are still on your property. I went through a broker (major crooks) called US INTERSTATE VAN LINES out of West Palm Beach, FL. They sold my moving job to Superior Movers although the paperwork they sent said H&C Trucking Express would be picking up. I’ve left several messages for Michael at US INTERSTATE VAN LINES, but they won’t respond by email, text or answer when I call (blocked my number). I have before and after pictures of my furniture or what’s left of it. My sister used these scammers as well. They made her pay extra after truck loaded and damaged her furniture as well. Hector did nothing to rectify situation. This company and US VAN LINES should definitely be investigated for interstate fraud. They both should be shut down and never allowed to scam or steal from a consumer again. I’ve spent countless hours trying to contact them. Useless. If they do text back, it’s a very rude and unhelpful response. Now I find out from their so-called cargo insurance company, I must go through arbitration, which is their arbitrary. WHAT???? That isn’t fair from the get go. All I can say is I hired them in good faith, paid as I was told and they did not hold up to their deal. My furniture is destroyed. What’s not destroyed is missing, scratched, missing legs, or huge chunks of wood knocked off. My question is:HOW ARE THEY ALLOWED TO CONDUCT BUSINESS IN THE USA WHEN THEY OBVIOUSLY ARE TOTAL CROOKS AND SCAMMERS? I don’t even think their licenses are in effect any longer. They transported my furnishings across two state lines; Virginia and Tennessee. As far as reviews go, both companies only show positive reviews and do not allow negative reviews to be seen. And believe me, they both have HORRIBLE reviews, just have them hidden. CROOKS ALL THE WAY AROUND. CHARGED $5000 and all my furniture is either non-usable any longer, scratched horribly or have chunks of wood knocked off. DO NOT USE SUPERIOR MOVING, H& C TRUCKING EXPRESS OUT OF NEW JERSEY AND ESPECIALLY DO NOT USE US INTERSTATE VAN LINES (they aren’t movers, just a booking company who sells your job to the highest bidder to moving companies that are SO BAD they can’t get jobs on their own. SCAMMERS, FRAUDS AND CROOKS FROM BEGINNING TO END. BEWARE!! I cannot warn you enough. I totally was scammed and had my estimate doubled. Then the movers they sold job to also demanded more money AFTER truck was loaded. CROOKS!!!!! Is there anyway I can make them pay for my damaged furniture without dealing with their insurance company and their arbitrator? Who regulates these companies? Who else can I contact about these ruthless scammers? If anyone knows how to help me, I would greatly appreciate.

   Crooks

   I moved in August of 2017 from Massachusetts to North Carolina. I wish I NEVER used this fraudulent so called "superior moving" criminals. The head guy tried to get me to sign paperwork before he wrote the price and he wanted the down payment in cash. I refused to do either. I asked them to be careful with our TV's, big furniture, stereo system and especially my boxes I had marked fragile. Well that was a waste of my breath. After waiting and constantly calling them for almost a month about my furniture when it arrives it's not one of their trucks. It was only one guy so my cousin had to help him unload my things. As they were bringing things in I was doing inventory and found that three TV's were damaged, furniture missing, three glass tables that were given to me from my grandmother years before she passed were also damaged, glasses were broken and parts to furniture were missing. I got all the drivers information including his truck information that night and I contacted these crooks the very next day. They said I'd have to file so I followed everything they said I had to do. The claim was received around Sept. 14th, 2017. I called and emailed them the last response I received was my claim was processed and I will be receiving compensation. January comes and I've still been calling sometimes getting up hung up on but I'd call again and emailing to no avail. I've reported them to the Better Business Bureau and honestly I feel like that was a waste of time. I reported to the Attorney General in Massachusetts and in New Jersey too. Massachusetts said it's a New Jersey issue and New Jersey said nothing. I still haven't received compensation for my furniture to this day. I'm not giving up on holding Superior Moving Systems accountable for misleading people, changing the agreed upon price, losing belongings and damaging items.

   Do Not Trust These People.

   I just googled this company to see if they were still In business because I figured for sure they were not, but I was surprised! They tried to scam my mom when she moved to Florida 2 years ago. She signed the contact, they arrived a day late, and then after loading all of her belongings into the truck forced her to sign a contract for double to price. We finally got her belongings back for the initial agreed upon price after contacting a federal investigator who deals with moving fraud. I cannot stress enough, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! All of the positive reviews must be fake, since everyone else seems to have the same experience with them.

    Criminal Company.

    I moved from Philly to Las Vegas last year. They quote a low price, then they doubled my price on pick up. DOUBLED. Of course they made me sign the paperwork before they wrote in the final price tag. Then we didn’t have our stuff for 2 months! I can’t believe these criminals haven’t been shutdown yet.
