   No follow up on lost items

   I have used their services on a couple of occasions with no major issues but this last time they have lost a box containing 2 artwork pieces and when I let them know, they stopped answering my emails. I have been trying to contact them for months now and they don't even have the decency to get back to me. If they lose some of your stuff in the moving process, don't hold your breath on getting it back...

   Needed to move to a different province in Canada

   I hired this company to move our family across Canada.. I was suppose to get a phone call the day before our moving date to let me know when they would come to pick up our stuff but that phone call never came so I called them the day before at the end of the work day..got a call back 30 minutes later saying they couldn't come on the moving date planned because their truck broke down..not even 24 hrs notice..we were shocked..Thank God we figured out a different alternative and we're able to still move out in time before our closing date..I did get my deposit back quickly and was happy about that but I had to bring that up and request it back..but my overall experience was not good..very disappointed with this service

   Terrible

   I wish I could give them negative stars. Firstly, they were more than two hours late when coming to our house but that’s the least of what happened. They didn’t disassemble furniture even though they said they would and half of our furniture ended up damaged. At this point it’s 8pm and we are waiting at the new house which is only two hours away from where they are moving the stuff from , they call and say they’re broken down on the highway, they have also picked up thing such as computers and boxes with family photos that we explicitly told them not to take. We try to get in touch with them to find out where on the highway they are but they are dodging out calls at this point. About half an hour later they call and say they are at their “storage facility” and they want money to give us our stuff back. We go to the police and have them call and we find out where they are and we find them and take our valuables from their truck and they end up delivering our stuff at midnight. Even though they were supposed to put everything in the bedrooms they end up dumping everything in the garage in a pile leaving us to move all of our furniture upstairs. Overall, I don’t think there is anything else to say about this company and I hope that no one else decides to do business with this company in the future.

   Terrible Movers

   My stuff arrived damaged when it finally did arrive. I booked it home to get to the house first. I asked them directly if they were going straight to my house and they said yes. It was a lie they moved it to their “storage” facility in Toronto instead. They are the worst people to deal with. Believe the reviews they suck.

   There were a few expensive items missing in the delivery and the delivery was delayed for more than 1month than their agreed timeline. Paid almost double than the original quotation. Highly disorganized and unprofessional. I do not recommend this company to anyone and do not do any business with them in future.

   Total Regret! Do Not Hire

   Totally Unprofessional I hired True Maple to move myself from Ontario to BC. Right from pick up to an unsuccessful claim on damaged/missing items this company has been completely unhelpful. I was given a pick up window of between 4 and 6pm however they showed up before 1pm and were agitated I wasn't ready for them. They rushed me thru the packing of the last 3 boxes and hurriedly put everything on the truck and have you sign without reading. I was then told it was a 2 week time frame to get to final destination which took 3. Once again the movers were in such a hurry to unload that they damaged walls bringing in my things and as I was pointing out damages to my belongings they just kept saying it must have happened at the other end it wasn't them and they are not liable. When I asked about missing things as the manifest and what was dropped off didn't match they just said take it up with the claims department. When I called Emily about it, it took 3 times before a proper email address for a claim was given and when I finally filed the claim it took 2 months and follow up emails to get the response that even though costs claimed was over $2000 due to weight of items being under the threshold I have no claim. So they can damage/lose whatever they want but if it doesn't weigh enough it doesn't count. Do not allow these people to take your hard earned money and valuable belongings as they cost just as much as a reputable company and have no integrity You have been warned!!

   Mr Steven the supposed dispatcher called me Dec 24th telling me my things would be delivered Xmas Day when the planner who took my order told me Jan 6-8th. Mr Steven was EXTREMELY rude on the phone then told me he was bringing my things to a storage facility and now I will have to get another company to pick them up and bring them to New Brunswick. Mr Steven is having a bad day but is the rudest, most UN-professional person I have ever met in countless moves across Canada with Professional movers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you know what's good for you. There is little to no communication between booking and accounting with no phone number to reach accounting. A VERY UN-PROFESSIONAL COMPANU WHO HAS LEFT ME WONDERING WHERE OR WHEN OR IF I WILL RECIVE MY BELONGINGS.

    Horrible

    I never did receive my items. After MONTHS of zero to bare communication I contacted BBB and was told this company does not respond to them. Shortly after that I received an email from this company saying they “disposed of my things” it took six months to even find out where they were then another three months of run around asking me to send thousands of dollars above my quote to get my items. I lost all my kids childhood memories, my deceased mothers ashes…..it is heartbreaking what they did to me and so many others. They should be charged!
