   Beware! Terrible company

   I will admit I was shopping for prices, which turned into a huge mistake. I hope this will keep you from the same. I needed to move from Colorado to Virginia a small household with one bedroom, washer and dryer, living room, and a harley. US Pro quoted me around $5000 for the move. Here are the consolidated facts: US PRO doesn’t move anything, they find a mover for you and you are contractually bound to them. The only thing you do is pay US PRO for that service. Afterwards, they wash their hands and have nothing to do with you. The mover that comes to your house is not bound to the price given by US PRO. They underestimated my belongings (or the mover over estimated) and my price for the move doubled (They said the Harley would have to take a whole truck, but when they delivered I was a half truck, with everything damaged that they packed correctly in Colorado). The Claims Department is just that, no kidding, that is the name of the company that handles claims for US PRO. They offered me $150 the first time (everything was damaged, including the Harley)and then went up to $250. When I said no, I want to see how they arrived at that figure for my damages, they just stopped communicating. I have called them once a month (I moved in January 2021 with delivery to Virginia in March 2021) since June of 2021 and still no money. Do yourself a favor: hire a competent company that moves your goods themselves and pay what you think is too much. In the end you will save money. As for US PRO moving and logistics, they are dubious at best, and I advise not to do business with them. I am certain with the volumes of legal jargon that they make you sign that they have some sort of “legal”right, but not morally. I would talk to an attorney and try to squeeze what they owe me, but I doubt it would be worth my time and energy in the end. Learn from my mistake and find a better mover!

   Terrible Company

   We paid $2500 for a 30 box move that the company sent one person to do which would have taken him hours. So two of our company employees helped him load at least 30% of our boxes onto the truck. Then the guy had the audacity to hold our boxes hostage since we would not pay him with the Cash App (which no one had) even though we were told that we could pay with Zelle or Venmo. Then, when I called the the company, they accused us of lying and saying that we did not help load the truck (when the person on the phone wasn't even at the move). Extremely unprofessional and a company that should be shut-down because of the way they treat customers.

   SCAM! They booked us for Nov 22 or 23 2021 took our deposit then cancelled us hours before they were to arrive. Left us stranded and scrambling to find movers. They sent us an email stating we would get our deposit back. To-date (3/29/22)we have not received anything. DO NOT USE THEM! SCAM!

   SCAM SCAM SCAM. I moved from Philly to Tampa. Us Pro Moving quoted me $1700. The company then charged me over $6000 on moving day. Then, only delivered half of my things. Now, they will not reimburse me at all. This has been one of the worst experiences in customer service in my life. I paid them $6000 to steal from me. They should be in prison! DO NOT USE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

   This company is a rip off. They quoted us $3800 for a move from Arizona to Oregon. Then they contracted with Relo who is also a rip off. Relo showed up at our door on move day and demanded $7000 more to load the truck. Under pressure we signed and paid half the amount - they didn't show up when they were supposed to (took a week longer with no response to our phone calls). When the driver showed up, we ended up missing about $3000 of our belongings and much more was damaged. ProLogistics is a rip off - when I called the first person back I spoke with to complain he hung up on me. Hope these guys fry in hell and everyone should boycot this company.

   Terrible service

   I received a call from them due to a online inquiry I placed and they made everything sound so nice and official and affordable. They gave one quote and when I received the next call to talk about inventory in more depth I received another quote. Then they contracted out to another company that I didn’t know and I didn’t have the funds to go elsewhere due to paying them. They asked for more money when they picked up the goods and then more in cash when they delivered and they charged me a ton for wrapping my washer etc and then they unwrapped it when they delivered it I don’t understand that. Half of my belongings are gone! Completely gone! I even have things that do not belong to me! They ignore calls and emails and refuses to address issues. They told me to file a claim and I did and I have not heard anything. I am a single mother and now I am having to start over completely all the memories my kids had are gone! Shame on this company for being such crooks and lying and cheating people out of their hard earned money. All you had to do was move things from one state to another and instead you lie cheat and steal. I pray your karma comes back 10 fold to each and every one of you who have cheated and stolen from innocent people! I spent thousands with you guys and it was a move from hell. You guys need to find a new job. I spent my savings moving and now I don’t have any of my keep sakes that I have had for years because they have been stolen. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE USE ANOTHER COMPANY! Do not believe anything they say!!!

   Missing items

   Nightmare times 1000. Do NOT use this company. They contract out to other companies who destroy or lose your items. We are out 4K and have to buy all new furniture. Also, we received a box of pictures in lovely frames. The smaller bin with white lid was labeled “Framed pictures. If this is yours please call me at 4074156410. I’m missing a TV and black entertainment center. Everything else is at the dump. We are probably out 20K but I’m not filing a claim for my own sanity. They don’t answer the phone or you are #29 in line to talk to someone. They don’t answer emails. I will leave it to God to deal with them. I’m disabled and already suffer PTSD. I just couldn’t deal with this. Please call a reputable company not a broker.

   Scam

   After reading the 5 star reviews you can pick out all the fake information! They never mention the moving company actually contracted through US PRO, and US Pro is a broker! They are not BBB accredited, and all the companies they hire are not BBB accredited! Paid $31,000 to move and had $46,000 in damaged/destroyed or missing/stolen items from the company they hired! Stay away! Once your stuff is delivered and you complain they will not answer emails or phone calls!
