   I was very skeptical to book with USA Preferred Movers because of the mixed reviews but I’m actually glad I did. I spoke to a gentleman named Ryan who told me about a new law where you can’t get an estimate over the phone anymore you need to do either a in person estimate or a video estimate. I got a lot of other quotes before speaking to Ryan some were very low and other were very high but Ryan’s quote was decent. I felt really comfortable getting an estimate with a video instead of just over the phone. Ryan told me my price would not change unless I added furniture I did not show him on a video call. Day of move 3 movers showed up and took a video of all my furniture. After 30 minutes I got a call and the gentleman told me I need to sign some online papers and the movers could get started. I kept waiting for them to charge me more but to my surprise I wasn’t charged more. Delivery took about 2 weeks and aside from small scuffs here and there I was extremely pleased with the whole experience.

   Fine Young Men!

   I moved called around and got several estimates but I remembered Spencer, from USA Preferred Movers, telling me he hopes I find the right movers weather or not it was with them. There price was a little more than I'd like to pay, but I went with my gut and booked with them. When the movers finally came I was relieved to find out who was moving. They are all such fine young men. They made my move day 10 times easier. THANK YOU!

   Moving from TX-FL

   This was our first long distance move and after getting calls and emails from over 100 companies, we decided to go with USA Preferred Movers because they gave us a fair price and my moving coordinator Brian was so helpful. He wasn't pushy or demanding but instead was very informative. I had sooo many questions and he answered every single one plus that lol. He explained the entire process and assured me that I had nothing to worry about. He gave me tips and pointers on how to pack so that I could save money which I really appreciated since I was on a tight budget. On moving day, James and his crew got straight to work. They were so great to deal with and put me at ease. Overall I had a wonderful experience from the beginning to the end and everything Brian said would happen did. My delivery went just as smooth and I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you Brian, James and team!

   Horrible company.

   Another nite mare move here also. They either stole or lost tools, clothes, and who all knows what else. They lie and cheat, can’t trust a word from these con artist. Never trust them or use this company. Asking for just problems using this horrible company.

   The ACTUAL Moving Company

   I got a quote from Bryan in the office. He was helpful at first. But I shortly realized I might have got the bad apple in their sales name. I move from IN to FL and had Bryan give me a quote over the phone. He gave me and estimate of $2,390.00. Well within my budget. The day of move came and I had a call from Ryan, who walked me through a new estimate. I was informed my move was gonna double in price. Ryan explained everything to me over the phone and did a video walkthrough with. He made me feel more secure in my move. The next day, the move went smoothly. I had a wonderful driver named Jesus and took care of everything at pickup. Thank you for the good experience. PLEASE DO BETTER ON YOUR FIRST INITIAL SALE CALLS.

   If I could do zero star I would

   To make matters worse, they kept adding hidden fees throughout the process. They charged me extra for materials, although I didn’t ask them to use any extra supplies. Then they tacked on an additional labor fee because the move took longer than expected—probably because they showed up late and took multiple smoke breaks! I ended up paying almost double the original quote, and when I tried to dispute it, they gave me some nonsense about policy and how the crew had to adjust to unforeseen circumstances.

   Keep away your valuables from this company

   I was left with scratched furniture, broken items, and a ridiculous bill. Moving is stressful enough without having to deal with such unprofessionalism and carelessness. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

   DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN CHANGE THE STORY OF WHERE YOUR ITEMS ARE OVER AND OVER. IVE GOTTEN CALLS FROM ARIZONA,AS VEGAS, CONNECTICUT AND FLORIDA FROM THIS COMPANY. I PAID $14,000 TO MOVE FROM AZ TO IL. Nobody, and I mean nobody will tell you the truth. They are holding our items hostage. I am going to every single review site to warn people about this horrible company.

   Horrible Service and Still Don't Have my Stuff

   Do not use this company! First of all they provide an initial quote and then hit you with additional fees at the last minute. They picked up my items in Las Vegas and attempted to deliver someone else's stuff to me in Houston. They can't find my items and after a three week delay have asked me to file a claim just so they can even look for my items. No one answers their phones and as the customer you are responsible for following up with them since they have hundreds of customers. I wish I had read their reviews before contracting with this shady company. My next recourse is a civil suit or criminal complaint.

    Company review

    I talked with Brian on the phone on 4/19 and he quoted me a price for a one bedroom of $2010 for 346 cu. ft. and after a few updates, the price changed to $2101 for 364cf.(This is a one bedroom apartment). Brian didn’t tell me about extra costs, I’m so glad I read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS!! Brian told me that John would take over from here. On the day before pickup,6 days later, John texted to update my inventory. I added a few more boxes and 2 tvs. and sent him a video. The price changed to $4992 for 900 cf. and the inventory still wasn’t correct at 9:30 pm the night before pickup. This didn’t include $450 for shuttle service (if they can’t pull a tractor trailer truck up to your house, you have to pay more for a smaller truck) and some other extras. Such a big difference in cu ft and price between these two guys. I notice in other reviews, a much cheaper price for a much bigger load. I called customer service twice and left messages but no return call so I am left thinking I was manipulated by these two men with a low initial estimate and a more than doubled final estimate. I had to cancel the move and I lost $600. READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND BEWARE OF THAT INITIAL ESTIMATE. I’m so disappointed in this company. They lied by omission.
