   I have used Your Best Move two years in a row. This company is very professional. They send polite and prompt young men to do the job very efficiently and quick. They charge by the hour and you do not have to worry that they will take more time than they have too. I have not had one item broken or damaged. I hope I do not need to move my daughter yet AGAIN but if I do I will use this company once again.

   Great Job.

   I used these guys to move me last weekend. They did a great job. They wrapped all of my furniture inside the house before it was moved. Ive moved many times and this is the first time that ive seen this. They also let me use wardrobe boxes to move all of my clothes at no extra charge. If you have a move coming up soon you should use them.

   Great job.

   I moved about two weeks ago . Finely everything is in place , almost . And as I was looking around , it dawned on me what a nice job the movers did . The men were pleasant , took extra care with my antiques , and worked tirelesley throughout the day . I have yet to find a single scratch on anything . They placed things where I asked , even hooked up my washer dryer and ice maker . Nice to post somthing positive about a locally owned company. I recommend YOUR BEST MOVE to anyone reading this post .

   Great job.

   I needed to find a mover for my 78 year old mother. Her very large 4 bedroom home has gotten to be too much to keep up. A friend recommended Your Best Move , so we hired them to take care of the job. My mothers home is full of very expensive antiques, crystal china, paintings, and we were quit worried about the care of her things. Some of her things were coming to my home, and some we needed stored. In addition we needed everything packed. On the first day the moving crew packed and on the second day we moved . I want to express to everyone what a wonderful ! job this company did. From there attitude to the skill it took to handle a very difficult job was absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a mover.

   Damaged and missing items.

   First, I want to say that the company was contacted several times to no avail on these items. They do not wrap furniture to protect it. My leather sofa was torn in the move. This was shown to Country immediately upon delivery. He made a phone call and told us the repair guy would contact us. We still have not gotten that call. We discovered the next morning that a pole lamp was missing, I called Country to ask him about it. He said he would check the truck and call me back. He still has not called me back. I have called him and left messages that have not been returned. David Lee, the owner, was called about the items as well. He was going to have them check the truck and call us back - no phone call. We have several furniture items with scratches that were not there before the move. They DO NOT protect the furniture. We could have done a better job ourselves and saved the money, hassle and aggravation. They damaged our furniture and stile a pole lamp for some reason and have made no effort to make good on it. Country and his partner semed very nice, but I don't beleieve they work for a very good company. They certainly don't have the proper tools to do a good job. I have seen profession movers work and this company is NOT professional. We moved from a two bedroom apt on second floor to a house and it took five hrs. The beds were already broke down and the diningroom table disassembled. They also broke the end of one of my curtain rods which I didn't notice until I went to hang it of course. I did not see any of these reveiws when I initially checked them out online. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE!!

   Worst Moving Company.

   I hired these movers based on price and years in business I was in a hurry to move with little money. First off they don't tell you there is a $78 service charge as soon as they arrive then the guys were so wreck less I am now finding damaged goods. They also did damage to my new apartment railing and post because they didn't want to carry it up about 10 stairs.

   Washer & Dryer To Move.

   I was quoted 100.00 to move my washer and dryer to my condo.  All was well when I scheduled.  They scheduled me for the 12-3pm window.  I had to get off early (I am active duty military, so you know that is not always easy).  The gentleman told me that he would call me in plenty of time of the arrival, so I could make it home in time.  I had not heard from him by 1pm, so I headed home.  I called on the way to check the status and a different guy told me that all the trucks were out and he didn't know when I would get my movers.  Never a truer statement!!  I arrived home and then waited and waited and waited some more.   Finally at 5:30, I called again only to be put on hold forever, then told that the truck driver would be finished shortly and would come straight to me.   Needless to say, it is now 9:00pm and I have not heard from anyone!!  No one offering an excuse or explanation, just nothing.  Worst experience ever.  Never use this company for anything (http://yourbestmover.com).  This should have been quick and easy, and it has been a nightmare.  I feel that the communication was seriously inadequate!  I should have never had to call to find out where my service call was.  They should have had a dispatcher who knew the status of each call.  I hate having so much of my time wasted.  I will tell everyone I know and some I don't to refrain from using this company.

   Worst Movers Ever (This Explains the BBB Rating of F!).

   Do not use Your Best Move.  No matter what.  David told us they would do a great job and were reputable when selling us their services.  On the day of the move, they failed to show up.  When we called, David hung up on us.  We called back and said, "I think we got disconnected."  David said, "No, we didn't get disconnected.  I hung up on you pal.  We aren't doing your move."  He then hung up.  We should have known.  ABC Action News has done an expose on this company, and has revealed their fraud.  It can be found here:http://www.abcactionnews.com/dpp/money/consumer/taking_action_for_you/two-families-hire-the-same-mover-and-share-their-bad-experience.--they-are-not-alone.Do NOT use Your Best Move no matter what.

   Worst Movers.

   NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! 1) They SHOWED UP LATE 2) They CHARGED BY THE HOUR including the workers BREAKS- smoking, phone, taking off shoes breaks, and slacking breaks. 3) Customer service is the WORST.  Called to let the owner (Dave) know the workers were nice, but moving extremely slow.  We informed him so he would know what was going on.  He said he could tell I was not happy, and was afraid I would not pay so he froze the job and DEMANDED cash for 10 hours of service (after they worked 5 hours) before the workers would unload the truck with our furniture.  "I will have the last word here.  I will freeze your job and you have to pay cash now before anything else is moved" - then he hung up the phone on me. 4) Many items broken, scratched, scraped, and gouged. 5) The workers left trash on the ground and in the lobby (empty drink bottles)  It was like hiring your 15 year old cousins to move you in exchange pizza dinner.  We should have called the police.. we felt we were extorted.  The $70.00 an hour rate sounds good, but when umcompetant workers cannot do the job within reasonable standards it is a COMPLETE rip off.  Our highest quote was $600.00, our lowest was $450.  10 items damaged! They do not wrap all your furniture on the truck.

    Awful.

    customer service is awful, not trust worthy people! Stay away    they seem to goood to be true and they are!  Many things were broken and not packed properly. Many things were stolen at my surprised and they couldn't even put together the simple funiture that they had taken apart.
