   Scammers And Thieves.

   SCAMMERS AND THIEVES. Avoid at all costs. They STOLE hundreds of dollars of alcohol from me while moving! They also damaged several pieces of furniture and the walls while moving into the new place. When I tried contacting the business owner David Lee, he was terribly rude and ended up hanging up on me. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, to which this company has not responded. Avoid avoid avoid!

   Don't use this company! The owner has a history of treating customers and especially women rudely. My daughter received a quote from this company via text and scheduled a move. The day of the move the company did not show up. My daughter called the owner and he said he did not have her scheduled and didn't move people for the price quoted (it was the price advertised on his web page). Even though he knew her name he constantly referred to her as "Lady". Not only that but he swore at her and hung up on her. When I called him he was very nice because I was a male. He did not have an excuse for me and offered to try and make it out in the afternoon. I said he treated my daughter very differently then me at which point he reverted back to his normal behavior and was rude and hung up on me. "Your Best Move" has a track record of treating their clients rudely..citysearch says he has a 52% satisfaction rating. Which means if you hire them you have 48% chance of his company treating you rudely, not showing up, price gouging you, or ruining your furniture. Do you want to take that chance? Your money is better spent elsewhere. I wonder how he treats his employees?

   STAY FROM THIS COMPANY Wow, I almost never come online to write reviews. I prefer to read them, not write. But after the way I was cheated and hustled by this company, I felt it was very important to educate everyone that this company is a cheat and will scam you out of your money. 6 months ago I used a moving company to empty my 3 bedroom house into a storage unit. They were classy, professional, and did the whole move in under 5 hours. I was going to go with them again last month to move my furniture from my storage to my apartment, but I found this company offering a signficantly lower rate at 65.00 dollars an hour compared to many other companies (average 90 dollars) so after calling them up and speaking to David Lee (the scam artist beware!) and giving him the details of my move, he confirmed he could do the same move within 5 hours and 2 movers with no problem at all. Wow did they lie. I had two guys show up, one small and one large fellow. The small guy was obviously going to have difficulty lifting anything heavy. The large guy was sick. They had no info on the move, they had been told it was a small storage move. So when they saw the furniture, they immiediately starting complaining. That's what every person wants to hear when movers show up, complaints that this is too much work for them. This post is getting long, so I'm going to summarize, it took them 5 hours JUST to load the truck, and get it to my aparment 30 min away. Secondly, they complained heavily about the marble tables, of which there was just one dining table and a coffee table set, the previous movers had no problems with them. But they refused to move it, saying it was too heavy. I had to CALL two of my buddies to come help! If I needed my friends, why did I hire movers?? Lastly, a move that started at 9 am, around 6 pm they stopped working and demanded payment, saying their boss(the scam artis David Lee) would not let them work any more until payment. We were 9 hours in to this job that had been promised to be finished 4 hours earlier. After arguing with Mr. lee about the how long it took and how I had to get my friends to help, he hung up on me and basically said pay me or your stuff stays in my truck. I was forced to pay to get my furniture out. It was very obvious and confirmed by the moving guys who admitted that this move had been dragged out so even though the rate was cheap they wanted the extra money. I was hustled. This guy should be shut down and not allowed to operate. Do not be lured in by his low rate, he will drag it out and take any job and extend it by several hours to get paid! Oh, and let me mention that they agreed to a credit card payment, and then the day of said their machines were down and would take cash only. Did I mention Hustler?
