   Always 1 Moving and Storage did a great job moving our things. The guys Abraham Camara, Clarence Hudson, and Berry Oliver. They were punctual, Very Professional and worked very hard. They wrapped our furniture and handled our things carefully. Evan Davis was a big help in setting the move up. He did an Awesome job. I highly recommend Always 1 Moving and Storage. Thanks Always 1?

   I am happy to say that Always #1 Moving and Services is a trustworthy company. I jut finished unpacking everything and found all possessions to be present and not a single scratch. Moving team packed each item very well and loaded it very carefully. The communication was clear before and after the pick up and price was fair too.

   Always #1 contacted me, gave me a reasonable quote, and did everything they said they would do. They showed up on time, were polite and courteous. They sent me status updates regularly and I received my possessions a few days after they were picked up. No major damages, just one little dent.

   Saved the day

   Always #1 did an amazing job while helping us out of a really tight spot. We had hired another mover but they never showed up (a scary and nerve-wracking experience.) Always #1 picked us up the very next day and treated us with care throughout the process. We highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a moving company.    Best movers we’ve had

   This company did an excellent job. Productive and pleasant despite the strain of the endeavor. We’ve had nothing but bad luck with movers in the past but these guys were a breath of new air. They handled our things and our requests with kindness and professionalism. We never felt ignored or patronized, and the price was fair. We would recommend them without reservation.

   I had to relocate for work last month. I was worried about a few items because they have glass elements but everything arrived intact. The only downside, the movers were about 40 minutes later than the promised window. I know it's not too critical, but I like everything to be on time.

   Moving

   The staff was great...Sam was great, the movers were great...my biggest issue is that the owner decided to have all my belongings unloaded from one truck and moved onto another truck and have different movers bring my belongings...in that transition, a couple of pieces from my dining room table is now missing, as well as an important box of belongings, as well as some damaged kitchen ware (glasses, a piece of pottery)...if the owner had used better decision making, he would have had the original movers stay with the items on the same truck, instead of having my items transferred at a warehouse, then delivered a day later than expected. The 2nd mover did find a piece of furniture that was mixed in with another load and went out of his way to bring it to me. It seems that ownership needs to either make contact with customers about situational changes first, rather than the customer having to wait for someone to make contact about the missing items. Other than that, the movers and sales were excellent.

    Order No: AN6348549 - R1 Pick-Up Date: 08/08/2023-08/10/2023 We moved from NYC to Nashville. 4 items were missing: 2 marshal speakers, apple and bose earbuds. All items were brand new. I called customer support to resolve the situation and left them a voice mail. This is very frustrating. Additionally, they also tried to charge us extra $150 upon delivery by asking me to pay $1692 instead of $1542. After I showed the driver the scan of my contract, the driver made a call to his boss and said that the the outstanding balance was $1542 indeed.
