   Terrible company that have made me never trust movers again

   I am so disappointed in this service and I will NEVER trust a moving company after this. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS AND SHOULD BE ARRESTED!!! They website promises 24 hour customer service but I could never get anyone on the phone. My stuff was promised in 14 to 21 business days, but did not arrive until 27 Business days. This is despite their website promising an on time guarantee. I paid to have the movers put my items together but the movers "forgot" their tool kit, didn't want to wait for us to unpack ours, or go and buy one from the hardware store. My husband's computer was clearly dropped and is now broken, his desk badly scratched and our bed dinged up a fair amount. Worst of all, my bookcase that had been made for me by my grandfather has been broken in 2 different places and no longer sit stable. I was charged a six hundred dollar shuttle fee because the driver claims he could not bring his 18 wheeler to my house, never mind I have a sixty foot drive way and live on MAIN STREET. There is no regulation against this, I checked with the town hall and had a friend who works as a professional trucker look in to it for me, the company just wanted more money off of me and did not tell me until they already had my items. Every time I called asking where my items were I was promised a call back I never got. I feel I received NO customer service. Of course to get any kind of refund from these thieves and liars I have to jump through a million hoops and paperwork. These people are thieves and I will take this to court if I have to to get my refund. I am so disappointed in this service and I will NEVER trust a moving company after this. UPDATE MANY MONTHS LATER: I tried to file a claim to get some of my money back from this piece of shit company and after waiting 120 days I get told that the claim can't be processed because the movers are not replying.    On July 13, 2021, I was supposed to move my furniture (bedroom) but the movers were charging more than the initial price which was 2100 dollars. Prior, to March I paid $751 towards the $2100 dollars, no one communicated with me that the day of moving that I was supposed to have the second installment of 900 dollars. The. movers attempted to charge me $3000 to move my stuff that day. I communicated with Michael and another representative to escalate the situation and went over the contract to resolve the issue. The next day I called them back again to cancel the contract because of what happened and they won't give me my money back. I'm going to sue this company for every penny one way or another!!!!!

   Thieves

   I had the worst experience with this company!! The lost my late fathers entire bedroom set!! The entire set! Come on!! How does that happen?! So many broken items, missing so many of my things. They did not put anything together. They promised me so much & delivered nothing to their word. I ended up paying almost 20.000.00 for the move. My furniture & all was delivered 2 months later & when it was delivered, they just showed up. I was out of state waiting for a date so I could come back for them. Now I can’t reach them. The number I call has a voicemail & I never get a returned call. They are the most heartless people ever. My 100 year old china from Paris is crushed! I can never replace the pieces that were broken. It is sickening! My curio cabinets have all broken glass, living room lamps were shattered. We received other customers items. So I know someone has my dad’s bedroom set. This business should be shut down. They aren’t even a business! They are dishonest thieves!!

   RUN FROM THIS COMPANY - SCAM LIARS and CHEATS

   Read the other reviews - basically my same experience - got a low ball quote from MICHAEL REDDAN who promises full service then, once you are in the system with no recourse, he will not return calls - they contracted a local company to show up and load my contents, then I was told it would be more $$ - I ended up paying ~$1200 over initial quote from MICHAEL REDDAN. He promises full service - but certainly does not deliver and then he won't return calls once you are in the system with no way out....I was promised full tear down and set up services (specifcally beds and baby grand piano)...they were 3 weeks late delivering and basically put the items in my home and left - Now I have to pay for someone to come set up my piano - and I have to set up the rest that I paid them to do. Now finding numerous broken items beyond repair and a missing table (Still unpacking, so not sure total extent of damange or missing item(s).) ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY AND DOT SHOULD SHUT THEM DOWN....

   WORST MOVERS EVER

   Got a quote for 5099 with packing. Once they were done packing they said my price was now over 8,000. You have no recourse because no one every answers the phone. When my stuff was finally delivered it smelled like grease. My bedroom set was damaged, Lamps were damaged and glassware. When I brought it to the attention of the moving men they argued with me and said it was probably like that before it was packed. My matressed was ripped and had grease stains on it. I now have to get a new one. Usually when you pack a wardrobe it comes with a bar for your clothes. Not this mover they just take you hanges with clothes and stuff it in a box. PLEASE RUN THE OTHER WAY THIS MOVER IS NO GOOD! Go with a real professional moving company. Check on the BBB website for options...wish I did.

   Scammers and cheats, every one of them

   My Professional Movers, AKA DIMBAS LLC has taken advantage of me. Working with this company is so bad I am never trusting a professional moving service again. - Their website promises 24/7 customer service but no one answers the phone - Their Website Guarantees On Time delivery, yet my stuff was over a week late AND I had to call them every day to get any information. - When trying to get info on when my items were the manager gave me a bunch of attitude and told me "This wasn't Amazon" and never returned my calls asking for information - A week after my items were supposed to arrive I hear there is an additional Shuttle Fee because the driver has decided that his truck cannot make it into my neighborhood, despite having my address since day one - They claim this fee is mentioned in the contract but all the contract says is " if a semi-trailer cannot get reasonably close to a building or a house for unloading, a shuttle truck will be used at a rate determined based on the truck size and destination city" with no definition of what reasonably close is. My washer dryer delivery has no issue whatsoever and they had a pretty big truck. There are no rules in my town that say they cannot drive the Semi here. This is left up to the driver entirely and he does not give this information until the day before. - While I am owed a refund for the delay, they will not just knock that off the final bill, after they deliver my stuff and I pay them, I then have to call back to get my refund which will in no way cover what I had to spend because they were a week late.
