   Complain.

   The quote was not correct based on the list of items that were sent to them. The price inflated and things were added without knowledge and billed for supplies. They would not do anything till the money was paid by interact email money transfer. The credit card fee to pay was 33%. The stuff was damage and broken. The movers took no care of my walls that were recently painted. Damage some of the walls and stains all over my new place. Then filled out a claims form and sent that in was told someone will contact me. Their claims department is a scam no one has contacted me till today. Once again emailed to find out what happend to my claim? We will get back to you. Yet nothing its been 7 weeks from the day the claim was submitted. This is the first and last time I would ever use them! The manager even had no courtesy to hear what the complaint was about and hung up on me! Now that's service isn't it??

   A few years ago I booked Kingsway to move some used furniture from Calgary to Regina. I cancelled the order and booked a different company. Kingsway forgot to cancel the order and then the confusion began. The pick up contact without realizing it was receiving instructions from 2 different moving companies. The moving company was scheduled for 9 am. Kingsway called and said they would be late. The pick up contact had to change his schedule and went to work and the moving company I selected went to the house at 9 and there was no one there - so they had to go for a break. I had gone to great lengths to make it painless as the man I was buying from was a busy oil executive. I called Kingsway and asked for an apology and a small credit for the inconveniences. I was thinking $100 or so. Liz McClane took the call and was hard and rude and said "you mean you want me to give you money for a move we did not do??". She was a typical hard fast talker. I never did get an apology and the move could have been a complete disaster. They are a sketchy and rough group is all I can surmise. If not, Ms McClane, a senior staff member should be fired.

   Completely incompetent, no accountability!!

   I don’t know where to start, inflated price from quote, lost and damaged items, removal of discount on quote after delivery, and could not look at condition or account for items as they with held them until they got their money. Complete scam!! I will be writing and posting detailed reviews on very sight I can to try and protect others and shut this company down!!

   This company is a scam, and over chargers for everything. After moving they usually tag you with a $2000 bill for extra weight. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Very unprofessional and straight up thief's.

   Move Alberta to Nova Scotia.

   The worst company I have ever moved with, double the price quoted ++, the worst communication from the company, basically lying about timelines and you can do nothing about it.. The movers they had in cold lake were tearing up the floors by means of spinning the coach on end with no protection. I was lied to by Lis the whole time or put off or they would not answer the phone. When my stuff finally arrived it was not covered and completely damaged, falling down in the truck, I called again and they sent me a paper for damage, took pictures of all the damage and they gave me $50.00 or something stupid, I moved all over Canada and the world, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY,,,,,.

   Renee we have your lost box worst movers ever.

   We would not ever recommend this company. Extremely poor communications and miss leading shipping time line. Several boxes were soaking wet when we received them, no explanation. Lost one box (A33) clearly marked. Refused to compensate us in any way, not even an apology. Received an extra box and they have not been able to track down owner even though we sent them her name and photo of box. RENEE if you see this add contact Kingsway and have them get a hold of us. They know who we are they moved us from Calgary to Nanaimo picked up our stuff Nov. 20th and delivered it Dec. 17th Minus 2 star rating.

   CROOKS-SHOULD BE IN JAIL also own the following CAVEAT!

   Please warm the public of this horrific moving company, Troy Transportation, also own Atlanta Van Lines, Kingsway Van Lines, Armour Van Lines, Trilliums Moving and Storage ..They overcharge the clients for weight, returns their belongings smashed or destroyed. Change the name of the business only to avoid any consequences. Take no accountability and make a living at conducting business this way. They do not return calls to the BBB. Go to Troy Transportation Moving and Storage to read their reviews. They delivered our belongings with close to $20,000 in damages not to mention the overweight price they charged us and provided no proof of weight. They are not part of the Canadian Association of Movers! They should be in jail!!

   Five words - Do Not Use This Company - I paid what they requested and needless to say had no idea whether their weight was correct - no appliances 4500? Item after item arrived broken beyond repair and their 'settlement' offer? $30. Laughable.

   THE STAFF WILL LIE AND HOODWINK YOU INTO THINKING ALL IS FINE UNTIL YOUR POSSESSIONS ARE IN THEIR HANDS - THAT'S WHEN THE ADDITIONAL HIGH COSTS AND INTIMIDATION TACTICS START!! LIZ, DAVID, MICHELLE AND ESPECIALLY MAYA ARE CONSUMMATE LIARS AND FRAUDSTERS. OUR POSSESSIONS WERE BADLY DAMAGED AND FEES WERE OVERCHARGED DURING THE JOURNEY FROM BC TO MANITOBA. THE STAFF REFUSED TO APOLOGIZE FOR THEIR MISTAKES BUT TRIED TO PLACE BLAME ON EVERYONE & EVERYTHING ELSE. IT'S A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME & ENERGY DEALING WITH THESE CROOKS. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE. THEY WILL SCAM YOU EVERY WHICH WAY THEY CAN!

    Worst movers ever.

    I don't even want to give this company one star!! Worst experience in my life First they were wrong with a weight!! And it took them over a month to re weight my stuff which it was over 1000$ difference between the first weight and second one!! And I'm pretty sure they still give me a wrong weight Second they were a month late, and they don't care if u are sleeping on a floor or anything, they need to fill up their truck to move. At last everything was broken drawer, bar, dining table, chairs, and most of the dishes I don't know how they carry stuff that all the boxes had holes in them And some stuff were missing half of my bed and my other table I called them to complain they said they will send me a form to fill and they will give me some cents per pound !! I'm not going to bother myself to fill that form for 20$ and by the way they wants the money before they give u ur stuff bc they know everything is broken or gone At first they told me one bedroom worth of stuff will be 2000 to 3000 when they took they price change to 6000,7000 Be careful with this company Do not go with them.
